My initial enquiries was made by telephone, I was made to feel nothing was too much trouble. Being a complete novice with regards to Hi-Fi equipment, arrangements were made for me to visit the business premesis to discuss a range of units and prices. There was never any pressure to buy. I could not fault the expertise and patience show by Adam and Roger. Every question was answered and technical detail explained. Once my purchases were made, Adam delivered the equipment to my home address and installed the whole system. Once again every question was answered and future assistance promised. The system has performed faultlessly and I can with hand in heart score the company and staff 10/10 in every respect.

I bought a set of Focal speakers and a Rel sub from Nintronics. They were extremely helpful; providing several demos and a wealth of information about the products, helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

These guys really know their stuff and have a much wider variety of AV equipment to demo than most high street retailers I have visited. The demo was really relaxed and Nintronics were very competitive on price. I would highly recommend Nintronics to anyone looking to buy AV kit.

I have been spending months trying to buy a hi-fi systems that I am happy with! I have visited Hi-Fi shops both in Cambridge and London. Your usual audio dealers typically do not have a great range of products to demo, and there is a feeling that there is an obgation to buy!

I was recommended to Nintronics by someone on AVForums. I am so happy to have been recommended by those guys! Adam and Roger are both a pleasure to shop with. I have spent a total of 10 hours spread over 2 days with them demoing their kits. They have a fantastic range of speakers, Amps, and DACs which allows me to try out a good amount of combinations. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed - Adam and Rogers are very professional but also down to earth. It felt like a Saturday afternoon chatting about audio equipment with my mates! I cannot stress how much I enjoyed the experience. Well worth the drive from Cambridge! Adam/Roger, thank you very much for the awesome experience!

A Really professional friendly service , Roger went through all my options and even correctly steered me to the cheaper R528 instead of the R528SE which i intended going for .

As has been commented by others here the service you get from Adam and Roger is first class. They are enthusiastic about what they are doing and are as keen for you to find the right solution as you are. They indulged me for a few hours when I visited on Saturday and at no point did I ever feel as though I was being asked to move along or hurry up and make my decision. They were happy to provide suggestions but were also happy to let me try out whatever they had available. Their patience and enthusiasm made the purchasing experience brilliant. We had some great conversations about what it was I liked and offered suggestions for other things to consider. On top of that they offered a very fair approach to trade in. All of this took place in a relaxed environment. It's not really a shop - it's a warehouse with a sound room an a smorgasbord of equipment waiting for you to demo!

These guys are knowledgeable about what they are doing and are enthusiastic. What they offer is customer service where you are treated as a trusted friend and not just a punter who may have some cash to spend. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. It was so worth the day out to come and visit them. Naturally I walked away with a purchase that I was happy with. The fact that they allowed me so much time to compare speakers it meant that I had had a chance to fully review the options open to me and be confident that what I bought was just right for me. If you are serious about investigating your hi fi or AV options to ensure you get the solution you are happy with then you need to make sure you visit these guys.

I was advised by a friend of mine to try nintronics as I was in the market to upgrade my current home cinema set up. I was undecided on whether to try sat speakers or bookshelfs ( space limited to floor standers). I gave nintronics a call first to discuss possible solutions and recommendations. I was amazed at the advice given in such a friendly nature.
I was then given the opportunity to go to the showroom to demo a combination of different set ups. It was totally my choice, I was not pressured into buying any particular product or brand (unlike some other av stores I've experienced) and Adam and roger could not do enough for me. It was clear to see that they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my choice and would go out of this way to connect up any other speaker arrangement for me.
I ended up purchasing the Dali zensor 5.1 package. Thoroughly happy with my choice and was convinced as soon as I heard them they were the ones for me!
They gave me their best price and also took my old Q acoustic cinema package in part exchange at a very reasonable offer.
In conclusion to the company I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

I had never used this company before, but as they were so close and had the speakers that I was interested in at a seriously discounted price, I had to check them out, especially on reading all the fantastic reviews here.

I'm so glad I did! Right from the first phone call with Roger, you could sense they were so much better than other companies. Booked a demo and on discussing my existing kit and future upgrade plans, Roger suggested that I bring my own amp in to demo with, which was appreciated.

As to the demo itself, Roger & Adam, made us feel very welcome, there was no sense of urgency and the whole experience was relaxed, unhurried and a total joy, and the session ended up just over 2.5 hours (had no idea!), but not once felt any pressure to wrap it up, even though they had another booking coming in. Adam was more than happy to switch kit around and let us listen to all the music we wanted to, listening with multiple amps as well as my own to gauge how good the speakers could be with a better amp, but without the "You really should upgrade this piece of c**p!!" attitude, and other speakers to compare to, which just solidified my decision.

I had no doubts in my mind that I was buying a great set of speakers from a great couple of guys, their knowledge, attitude, genuine enthusiasm and approach to customers really puts other companies to shame.

I don't normally write (positive) reviews but with Adam and Roger I feel I must give credit where it's due.

I'm a bit of an audiophile and while researching my current set up, I spent lots of time with many dealers in the London area. I can honestly say that Nintronics are the best - bar none!

Adam and Roger are just such nice guys and are always happy to help. I strongly suggest that if you are close to the M25 at all you pay a visit to their showroom.
In fact, even calling it a showroom is a bit misleading, it's more like a mate's living room - you chill, listen to some music on various bits of kit - there's never any pressure, no one ever asks you 'how you get on', or god forbid 'explains how the music sounds'... You know what I mean ;-)

If you want to listen to some gear they don't have on display, not a problem, let's open a box, it's all really relaxed, time literally fly by.

Another good reason to visit (or at least call) is that often they have all sorts of cool gear that's not listed on their site (just too busy to update it too often, I guess) - some amazing opportunities there... even (especially) if you are on a tight budget...

They are also really honest, not trying to sell you kit you don't need and more than once stirred me away form higher priced items that they felt weren't the best 'bang for the buck' in my specific system (once even adding 'they won't let me buy' an item they felt has better alternatives...)

When you buy gear they are always happy to offer a discount and are always available for advice or any other queries you may have - no matter how silly they are.

They are also happy to exchange stuff - and never gave me any trouble, even when I switched between 3 sets of speaker wires in one month they are always happy to assist.

Seriously, that's how buying Hifi gear (at whatever price level) should be!

Just to finish with a small story that shows their level extreme of dedication;
It took me several months to finally decide on the speakers for my current system and then a few more (agonizing) weeks for the Mrs to come to terms with them. When she finally did it was Saturday morning, and I was thinking that even if I bought them today it'll be at least Tuesday before they actually arrive...
But one call to Roger, and he'll 'see what he can do...' - by the evening (Saturday evening!) he showed up at my place with the pair and helped me set them up... This is phenomenal and he really didn't have to do it, but he (and Adam) are just such nice guys.

Highly recommended!

Nintronics offer very good prices and I always get a better price off Adam and Roger compared to other retailers. The service is second to none and they go out of their way to help you. I will be going back to Nintronics for my next purchase in the near future.

I had not used this company before but I conversed with Adam on Avforums when I was in the market for a new Av receiver. He was fantastic and offered me an amazing deal better than any other competitor out there. An amazing £100 difference. Then I spoke with Roger at the store who was fantastic and sorted everything out for me. The amp arrived quicker than expected as they were out of stock but I received it in 2 days from ordering it. Roger at Nintronics was a pleasure to deal with he gave me a great part exchange deal on my cm9 speakers for the cm10s and even collected mine and delivered the brand new ones from the other side of the country what more could you ask for I myself highly recommend Nintronics because the customer service is excellent and so friendly, they do have the best prices don't miss out give them a call you will not be disappointed trust me

Lately, I was buying a lot of stuff from Amazon - good prices, fast delivery, no brainer. When searching for my new turntable, I came across Nintronics and I realised that not only they have very competitive prices (and in my case even the lowest price I could find) but even more importantly, they have an excellent customer service. This is something that is not very common anymore. I ordered a Pro-Ject turntable that was a customer return but because they had some difficulties with it, they very promptly sent me a brand new one! They did not have to do it and this only show how much they really care about their clients. Amazon is not bad but I think I have just found my preferred supplier for all audiovisual equipment! I am really impressed! Thank you!

Cant Say enough good about Nintronics and Adam. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered my components from overseas as what I wanted was not available where I am. Over a couple of weeks of phone calls and emails with Adam, he helped me choose and recommend what I needed. When time came for shipping the components, he was very helpful in organizing this as well. Nothing was ever "No" . Dealing with Adam and Nintronics was a very pleasant experience

After winning a 'best offer' on ebay late Saturday night Roger rang me on Sunday to go over a few options etc. (very helpful) & to discuss delivery at my convenience. The sparkling Tannoys were duly delivered on Tuesday afternoon (I struggled to see how they were B grade stock, they were in amazing condition, not a mark on them!).

To sum up excellent service & a pair of amazing speakers for a bargain price, thoroughly recommended!

Went to Nintronics and was blown away with the knowledable, paitient and firendly service! We bought a 5.1 B&W speaker system (which is awsome). Roger and Adam were so paitnint helpful with no sense of any pressure to buy. They delivered and set up the speakers with my amp / blueray and TV on the same day!!!!.
I would for sure go back and know that if I needed any advice or help they would be therel!

Drove down to Welwyn Garden City from Cambridge to try out the new Focal Aria 948 (which are a fantastic pair of speakers) When originally ringing up to organise the demo they were incredibly helpful asking about our kit at home, meaning that when we got there it was all set up ready to test the speakers on a system as close to ours as possible. The Demo room is absolutely fantastic and I couldn't speak higher about the customer service we received , although we didn't audition any speaker that really blew us out of the water, I left really really wanting to buy something from them. I would go back there in a heartbeat and will always look to give them my custom when I can. Go there and meet them - a truly customer oriented Hi-Fi store (more than can be said for any in Cambridge) . There was no attempt to push a sale and they gave us 3 hours to nail down which combinations we most preferred and listen to.

I travelled from Colchester to Nintronics in Welwyn-Garden-City to demo some Focal kit, and going by my initial Tel enquiry I knew that I was going to be looked after. Roger is a really nice guy who will make you feel completely comfortable and can't do enough to please. As others have already mentioned, there really is no hint of pressuring you in to making a purchase, though I'm sure you will!
If Nintronics have the kit you're after, I can't think of any reason to go elsewhere - try them, you'll see!

Roger and Adam couldn't have been more helpful. I've been back twice in the last two weeks to make additional purchases. Well worth a visit even though its an hour drive away. Also, they price match.

The best Hifi shop in the area and wouldstrongly advise that if you're into hifi and are considering a purchase to at least give these guys a ring.
