Honest with products, fast delivery, good communication.

I ordered a two-piece scissor set for $139 in mid-November. Two weeks later, I received an email advising delivery would be delayed a few weeks.
Three days after that, I was advised the item was out of stock and offered a “similar” product along with a 20% refund as a goodwill gesture. No price was provided so I searched their website, only to find the product was not listed at all! After further digging, I eventually found the same scissors on eBay for USD $14.28.
I requested a full refund and was advised it would be processed within 5–7 working days. After 12 working days with no refund received, I followed up and was then told my original order was back in stock. After some consideration, I agreed to proceed with my original order and requested confirmation that I would receive the exact product ordered.
Remarkably, the very next day, I was informed the item was once again "out of stock".
Although I eventually did receive my refund, the inconsistent information, delays, and lack of transparency reflect very poor service. I would not recommend Ninth Avenue to anyone.

Product arrived within timeframe indicated. Clear communication from company on each stage. When my link for tracking wouldn't work on my phone I emailed and was promptly replied to and supplied and alternative way to track. Very happy with my purchase. It is exactly as described.

Purchased a men's advent calendar which Ninth Avenue charged me over $200 NZD. The product arrived and looked very cheap and nasty.
I looked online and found the product was only $90 NZD.

Bedragare. Avråder alla att handla från detta företaget. Det är två månader sedan jag beställde från de, och per dagsläget har jag varken fått min vara eller pengarna tillbaka. De påstår att varan är slut i deras lager och därför har de makulerat min order utan att meddela mig. Jag kan se att på deras hemsida säljar de fortfarande samma vara jag beställde..De påstår att de har betalat tillbaka mina pengar vilket inte stämmer. Bedragare!

I was very happy to receive my purchase. Just sad the charger cable was not included but that's not the point.

This washing charging stasion was so hard to get anywhere else. Brown factory didn't provide parts also. I was looking for a year from different Web pages. Recently found ninth Avenue. Thanks gays. And shipping didn't take that long.

Took 3 weeks to get my package. As they ship from overseas so it’s best to order early.
