Turned out they didn't have the table I wanted after all - but they were quick to suggest and supply an alternative. Oh, and the table is fine.

We have recentIy opened a church community centre in Bedford which has been self funded we needed chairs for the complex before our grand opening We found Ningbo on the internet, their chairs were good qualitiy value for money, plus they had what we wanted in stock. We spoke to Katie at Ningbo who took our order and we got the goods in time as stated. We highly recommend this company and will use it again in future.

First time to order from Ningo, sales assistant was very helpful, would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I found the service over the telephone excellent. Both ladies I spoke with were extremely helpful and only too happy to assist with each of the points I raised in discussion. The delivery came on time and the items were extremely well wrapped and protected. Having ordered 180 chairs they arrived on 4 pallets, all shrink wrapped and protected against any movement in the delivery van.
Would be more than happy to recommend to others who are considering a purchase of the Emperor Chair.

The only problem I had was with the delivery & TNT ' s lack of co-operation as the order was being delivered to a non- residential address. One phone call was all it took for Eve to sort it out. She liaised with TNT, myself and the gentleman who was opening the building for the delivery of the items.
This customer service was well and truly beyond what was expected of Eve, for that I am very grateful!
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Eve for their customer service.

i had spent over £400 in single purchase. Yet , i had to pay £50 delivery charge. Despite paying the delivery charge they did not deliver it on time. I needed the chairs and tables for my week end party the goods only arrived on monday. what a rubish service and too expensive delivery charge. RIP OFF.

Very good customer service on the phone for initial trial order - bulk order came as expected. One item damaged on trial order replacement included on main order - no questions.
Quality excellent and price even better - who says you can't have quality at a cheaper price?

We required a delivery slot before 10.00am due to restricted access to our store, the goods arrived right on time. The goods were as described and we have no problems with any of them.

I ordered a plastic fold up table for extra seating for Christmas lunch and as always I left it far too late to actually order it. However after speaking to Ningbo I was assured that they could get it to me in time, and exactly as promised they delivered it Christmas Eve.

To be honest I didn't expect much from the table, we literally needed something for the one day, but, I'm really impressed. It seated 4 people comfortably, was very sturdy and folded down nice and flat to be stowed away until the next family get together.

So in short the product far exceeded my expectations and the service was exactly what I had led to be believe it would be, so 5 stars all round.

Customer service could not be faulted but web site should make it clear that the tables need to be assembled , especially as the holes have to be made as well. They are also a bit flimsier than hoped.

I was very impressed with the service ,the tables arrived the next day, well packaged and I am very pleased with them.
