Hi David,

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the issue with the weights in your PXG iron set. This does not meet the standard of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating this will of been.

We can only apologise again for the fact you had to wait for the PXG wrench taking longer to arrive than expected. However, we were pleased to hear from one of the team, who spoke to you yesterday afternoon that the wrench arrived with you and that solved the problem with your PXG irons. We hope you will be able to get on a golf course soon and use your irons and like them!
