Shum sherbim i keq puntoret Arrogante dhe injorante qe piskasin ne telefon me Klientin dhe Gabime Teknike thujse qdo her.

Mashtrim! Shërbimi i premtuar nuk u ofrua & nuk ka rimbursim

Unë abonova në një plan Premium HD me NimiTV në janar 2025 dhe pagova 180 €. Faqja e tyre e internetit reklamonte cilësi HD, por pas pagesës më informuan se duhet të blej një kuti shtesë për 68 € për të parë kanalet HD. Kjo informacion nuk ishte i qartë para blerjes, gjë që e konsideroj mashtrim.

Meqë nuk mora shërbimin e premtuar, anulova abonimin dhe kërkova një rimbursim të pjesshëm (150 € për muajt e papërdorur). NimiTV e refuzoi rimbursimin, madje edhe PayPal vendosi në favor të tyre. Shërbimi ndaj klientit përgjigjet vetëm me mesazhe standarde dhe nuk ofron asnjë zgjidhje reale.

Përfundimi: Nuk e rekomandoj fare NimiTV! Kushdo që mendon të abonohet duhet të dijë se reklamat e tyre janë mashtruese, dhe marrja e një rimbursimi është pothuajse e pamundur. Qëndroni larg këtij ofruesi!

Pas 3vitesh shkeputje nga keta ....me dergojne abonim pa dijenine time dhe rrembejne leket nga llogaria pa dijenine time. Justifikohen qe na e paska bere abonimin dikush tjeter si edhe pagesen.Edhe une pyes ,meqenese jeni kaq te llogikshem dhe te rregullt anulloni kete blerje te pa deshiruar nga ana ime me dergoni kerkesen e abonimit qe ka kryer ai dikushi tjeter duke me ndihmuar te gjej hajdutin. Ne firmat serioze cdo blerje qe ben ke te drejte anullimi

Ho fatto abbonamento telefono , finalmente riesco a vedere tutte le partite che mi piacciono . Prossimamente lo metterò anche sulla TV . Consigliato a chi vuole vedere tutte le tv albanesi.

Kur po kane kanalet probleme edhe telefonin po e mbyllni.

Ich wollte Big Brother VIP Albania schauen und habe dafür zunächst das 6-Monats-Premium-Abo für 99€ abgeschlossen. Nach der Zahlung musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass Big Brother nicht freigeschaltet war. Nach mühsamer Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir erklärt, dass Big Brother nur mit einem 12-Monats-Abo für 180€ verfügbar ist.

Ich stand vor der Wahl, die 99€ zu verlieren oder weitere 180€ zu zahlen, um Big Brother endlich sehen zu können. Letztendlich habe ich gezahlt, aber diese Praktik ist völlig inakzeptabel. Nirgendwo wird klar kommuniziert, dass das 6-Monats-Abo nicht ausreicht.

Ich rate dringend, NimiTV zu meiden.

Bildqualität sehr schlecht. Alle paar Minuten Unterbrechung. Service meldet sich nicht!

Attivo la loro promozione mensile per cellulari a 5,99 euro (viste le recensioni AMPIAMENTE NEGATIVE, per provare il loro servizio).

Dopo un giorno e mezzo alcuni canali mi vengono improvvisamente oscurati, arbitrariamente, senza il mio consenso.

Quando chiamo per segnalare la cosa, un’operatrice (Tina S.), prima di riattaccare mi risponde che posso fruire del loro servizio solo se risiedo in Albania: peccato che il mio abbonamento continua ad essere attivo con altri canali albanesi ma non con i canali per i quali avevo deciso di sottoscrivere l'abbonamento, che non si vedono più.

MENO MALE CHE NON MI SONO FATTO INGOLOSIRE DAL PREZZO E NON HO ATTIVATO L'ABBONAMENTO ANNUALE!!!!!!

They will call you multiple time and say that specific channels are included on the payment then when a football game starts they don’t have rights to show it . Costumer service are same as new born babies that learn a word and keep repeating it . Never ever again . Dont buy it ⛔️

Es wird von einem sehr professionellen Personal des Serviceteams sowie dem Technik- und Installationspersonal verwaltet.
Mein Vertrauen in NimiTV ist absolut.
Deshalb riet ich anderen, NimiTV zu abonnieren, um verschiedene, internationale Fernsehprogramme zu sehr günstigen Preisen zu genießen, ...

Very mediocre service without anything to give. Lot would suggest better I can only say the service is of a higher disgrace than you would want to hear see or love. Especially if you like Italian German or that sort of thing

Absolutely disgraceful, crooks, they will do anything to get your money no matter how many times you try to contact customer services, you will get ignored. Do not subscribe!!!

Kujdes me kete Kompani!

I have been using NimiTV for a number of years now and have always had a good experience. The staff are always on hand to help, at any time, even on weekends. I recently had a query about an upgrade and Vesa was very polite, quick to respond and extremely helpful, even on a Saturday night!

This is a Pirate Service

Once you pay you will never get your money back. They are not the official partners but just a pirated service. Once you pay they will block channels which are most viewed and ask for extra money. Go with the official services like directly with Digitalb or Tring do not trust this scammers. Customer service will only reply for unblocking the account or to "help you pay them" if you have a concern like " why should i pay extra" they will not respond anymore.

I purchased a 6 months package so my mother could watch two channels that stream Big Brother. After one week, these two channels were removed and when I called I was told that I needed to pay extra. I asked for my money back and I was denied the reimbursement. I realized at that point I was SCAMMED.
