NGS Removal Recenzje

Really happy with how the service was provided by NGS. The staff was really polite and friendly. I can say that the service was really easy to book. Il recommend this service again

The company provided great service, very professional staff and very efficient. Will be using this service again.

Ken and Gomer were efficient, professional and made my move less stressful. They ensured they wiped down all of my furniture with anti-bacterial wipes before bringing it into my house and had gloves and protective masks on throughout. Couldn’t recommend NGS enough. Thanks again!

Great service, they were very professional arrived on time and handled my possessions carefully Would recommend

I 100% recommend them, excellent service, they made my life so much easier moving houses. Thank you :)

Despite agreeing a price, I ended up paying significantly more as they kept adding extra cost that were never disclosed to me beforehand. The two movers were lazy and too smart to follow assembly instructions so not only did they incorrectly assemble part of my bed, they incorrectly claimed that it was faulty. As they were too busy incorrectly assembling the bed because they didn't feel like following the assembly instructions, I ended up carrying most of my stuff, doing all the heavy work. The company has not responded to my complaints for days in any form, they are a total rip-off!
Extremely disappointing and for the price I paid, I could have hired a decent company.

Great service, I will definitely work with them again

Excellent customer service and a fantastic job done! Thank you so much! Will definitely work with them again

Booked online, easy to use, a special thanks to Craig who was on hand to answer questions when needed. Would use again, highly recommended.

Great service, team that came along to do a move couple of moves for me took care and kept items organised paying a lot of attention to detail without instruction from myself, I would definitely recommend them as they will be my first point of contact in the future as I have used them more than once now an friendly service each time

I used NGS, when I was moving house, they worked so well and effectively. No job is to much for them!! Really made it an easy stress free process. I would definitely recommend for future use

I felt well engaged with the team, they were very communicative. I received an immaculate service throughout. I've received other services before, N.G.S was by far the best. I'd highly recommend N.G.S to anyone looking to moves homes.

All of my equipment was neatly packaged and delivered to my new address without any damages. Their timing was very prompt. The customer service I received was exceptional and I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

Reliable i must say, made a last minute booking and they provided a move for me in Kettering within my time frame. Friendly people too. I highly recommend.

I have used this service from Bush Hill Park to Palmer Green. They offered great customer service to this extent of cleaning my space after loading their van.

I just want to start by saying by far the best service I’ve received, easy communication, fast service literally they had everything out the house in a matter of hours I was super suprised. I’ve had other services but this is by far the best yet, I’ll definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
