The instructor brought a lot of experience and knowledge to the class. Well paced and lots of opportunities to discuss concepts with others in the course.

By far the best course I attended my tutor was amazing Richard an absolute credit I’ve never had a course where I felt like everything was explained so well and not rushed many thanks if you’re considering doing a course with NILC do it you won’t regret it

Really easy process to complete. I couldn't decide between 2 courses so called to discuss. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and suggested which one would be better for me all things considered. The communication was great as was the process to attend the course and exams. The course itself and trainer were really professional, I would highly recommend NILC.

From the initial enquiry and contact with Karim it felt a personalised and responsive service. everything was easy to navigate - pre course prep, resources and log-in details. the Trainer Karen was brilliant. she brought energy and knowledge and experience to illustrate the content. Karen was inclusive and considerate of all participant's needs and used excellent techniques to deliver detail. Henry played a crucial part!

ITIL 4 Foundation Course

I recently completed the ITIL 4 foundation course through N.I.L.C and I have to say it was a good experience. From the representative who assisted with the application/registration for the course to the trainer, it was all a good experience. Our trainer for the 2 day course Stu was awesome and vey helpful. All the training materials needed were provided clear explanations on the subject matter and how to prepare for the exam which came in handy were also provided. All together it was a good experience. Thank you 😊

Incredible learning experience with Tony at NILC. I completed the foundation and practitioner Managing Successful Programmes. I would highly recommend doing both together. Tony made it very clear and easy to digest the information. There was great discussion and this really cemented the learning ready for the exams, as well as to use in my work.

I also appreciated the quick and clear communication from Karim, with all my queries pre-course. Thank you!

I completed three courses at NILC Training and I had the best experience with Lynne. Lynne was very knowledgeable and thorough in showing the adobe software and had amazing tips and tricks throughout. She was patient and answered any questions I had went back over anything I was unsure of. Karim was also amazing in ensuring I had everything I needed ahead of the training sessions and was very helpful throughout.

I cannot recommend NILC training enough and would say if you are considering taking any of the courses they offer, do it!

Excellent quality and service from start to finish

I was able to sign up to Agile and PRINCE2 Project Management online courses at very short notice, thanks to the way NILC were able to advise me and process my application. Links to course materials were sent ahead of the courses starting, so despite the late application, I was prepared.

Both the trainers were excellent and had a extensive knowledge of project management and the way the exam process worked due to their many years experience. The real life examples they used made the heavier parts of the syllabus easier to digest and recall.

After the courses, my follow up questions to NILC were dealt with as quickly and efficiently as the enrolment process, even though it is every close to Christmas.

I have no hesitation in recommending NILC.

Karen was fantastic and a really good tutor. The course was easy to follow and she was using some really good real life examples which helped break up the vast content. NILC have great response times and are always happy to help. Really pleased with my experience with them and will be coming back!

The facilitator Tony was great, really helped you understand the material and did everything he could to help us pass the exam.

From start to finish the tutor explained everything and made it relevant. The content was great and enabled me to build on ideas to enhance engagement to my Facebook group. No question was silly and i felt comfortable, it the start of the course i was scared of social media and did the basic. Jonathan gave a tour or all the tools and functions and it made me confident to make use in the future.

I attended the online Prince2 Foundation course with Karen and she was absolutely fantastic! Very engaging and ensured everyone was well looked after. Her knowledge and passion for this methodology really shone through and the delivery of the course made taking in a lot of complex information in a short space of time a lot easier. I feel I learned a lot from the 3 days and feel lucky to have been able to have attended.

I recently undertook the Agile PM Foundation course with NILC. The sign up process was fast and easy and there was help when needed. The course itself was very informative and I was successful in passing the exam at the end of day 3 so I'm really happy with the experience.

A fantastic training week with Karen learning all things PRINCE2, whilst the course was intense, Karen made it relatable and enjoyable :)

Great communication for the booking and attending the course. The trainer was great and had a thorough knowledge of the subject matter including an exam breakdown and what to expect. It was an entertaining course that I enjoyed and managed to pass ! Thank you all.

I really enjoyed the Social Media course I took with Jonathan. I found it really informative and I learned a lot. He was really knowledgeable on the subject and was happy to answer the (many!) questions I had. I would really recommend a course with NILC.
