I bought a tesla coil cup and they sent me one that didn't work. They then wanted me to pay more to get a replacement. I refused and they sent a second one that also didn't work and they said they wouldn't send any more or refund me.

Ordered some gadgets in November -25 did not receive anything..!!
Got an email at first but later = silence.
Be aware these guys just take your money!

Ordered a Portable hand held printer in January 2026 and still did not receive anything. No answers to any emails.

Have not received my order after months of waiting. They responded to my first email requesting an update, saying they were looking for shipping options. My subsequent emails have remained unanswered.

Ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs, ils se réfugient, derrière un argument d’incompréhension lié au traducteur. Ils mentent ouvertement et vendent très cher des produits non-fonctionnels. Leur politique de retour est lamentable et inexistante.

Missing parts and a floating bulb that won't float. They won't send a new floating bulb or the missing glass tubes that they never sent.

Its been 8 months since I ordered 2 items and received only 1 of them. I sent several emails and received 1 reply after a few months saying they would look into it then nothing after that....

Purchased pinball light before Christmas arrived 4 days ago set it up and it doesn’t work lights , remote & is very clunky when going round emailed them a few times no response buyers beware as it was £50 wasted

It looks like this is a scam website. I ordered a product, and according to the tracking, it has been delivered, even though no one ever contacted me.

The company is not responding to my emails, and there is no proper functionality on the website to file a claim. On the transport company's website, it is also unclear how to get feedback—I found some email address and wrote to them as well.

In the end, I should have just ordered an equivalent on AliExpress...

Do not order anything from them.

My experience with NikolaToy was negative. I paid close to €1,000 for an order in June 2025. The package arrived incomplete and damaged. When I contacted customer support, I was asked to pay an additional fee for reshipping instead of receiving a proper replacement or refund.

Over the following months, I received repeated assurances that the missing items would be sent “within a few days,” but nothing was delivered. The situation was never resolved.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from NikolaToy. Customers who encounter similar issues may want to contact their bank to explore chargeback options.

There’s products looked like a lot of fun. Bought three products from them. One was good, one had no instructions and did not work like it showed in the videos and the other one was one of their display cases which had mismatched parts in it. Got a hold of tech-support, they wanted a picture of it, which I sent. After that, no reply, so I asked for a refund and no more communication. Buyer beware

I bought the steam punk mechanical butterfly as a gift and it was a hit. The details on the brass gears and wings are stunning, and winding the spring to see the antennae flutter is just magical. It's definitely more of a collectible work of art than a toy; looks great on the shelf.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with NikolaToy has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn other customers.

I placed a large order that included several fidget toys and the Super Flame Torch. The package arrived, but I didn’t get around to opening everything until recently — and I’m glad I finally did, because what I found was incredibly disappointing.

Multiple items arrived damaged, dirty, or clearly defective straight out of the box.
• One fidget had dirt/smudges all over it as if it had been handled and repackaged.
• Another fell apart instantly, with metal balls spilling everywhere.
• A third came off its track immediately and looked used.

But it gets worse:
The Super Flame Torch NEVER arrived — yet NikolaToy never contacted me or refunded it.
They claimed they “attempted to ship it multiple times,” but I was never notified and they did not issue a refund until I personally confronted them about the missing item. If I hadn’t brought it up, they would have just kept my money.

When I reached out for help with the defective items, their response was to tell me the order was “past warranty” — even though I emailed them exactly two months after delivery, AND the products were unopened until then. They offered no replacement, no store credit, nothing. They only refunded the missing torch after I pointed out that it was never delivered.

This is not how a trustworthy company behaves.
The quality control is terrible, and the customer service feels dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly shady.

I loved the fidgets that were actually good, and I would have been a repeat customer, but after seeing how they treat paying customers — especially when they are in the wrong — I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Buy at your own risk.

Absolute common thieves, they have stolen my money and wont respond to me at all! DO NOT BUY anything from these con artists!! What an absolute let down. Its been over 6 weeks and no response from them nor any chance of getting refunded. Time to lay criminal charges against these scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

They sent me a shattered item then wanted me to send videos of it so i did and pictures and keep in mind it was immediatly after i opened it even my mailman said he heard it spunded broken inside. They said they want more $$$ to send a replacement!!!! really i have to send them more $ whwn its their fault how they packaged it!!!!

The base on my turbofan engine short-circuited shortly after it arrived. I reached out to support, and they sent a replacement engine completely free.

I've been watching Dragon Ball since first grade, and this Dragon Ball Night Light is such a perfect way to bring back those childhoos memories.

I kept seeing nikolatoy on short video apps and finally decided to order the Slam Dunk 3D Picture Frame. It took about 10 days to arrive, and the moment I opened it, I was thrilled with it.
