Very simple
I like it. It is very simple and nice.

Great prices, shipping would be a bit faster.

I ordered a case for the label maker and found the case was way too flat and way too wide even though the printer was a recommended fit. I ordered a pot to put label reels in and the label reels a slightly too tall for the pot so I have to tape the lid shut. But aside from that good products.

Very happy with my B18 I bought, easy to setup and get working. My only issue was the uber slow shippping to the uk.

Only used it a few times and it won't charge now (cable fine, tried in pc, tried alone in adaptor) just flashes red all the time and only turns on when plugged in. Can't upgrade the firmware as the battery isn't charged enough and have left it plugged in for days. Got lots of labels I can't use. Really unhappy as if I could get into the machine and replace the battery I think that might fix it.

UPDATE
I no longer have the invoice as everything gets recycled & search of mailboxes hasn’t given any result. Seems to be a common fault. Have ordered replacement as beyond economic repair. Just needed to point out that unit needs regular maintenance checks for firmware updates etc rather than putting in drawer till next use.

The delivery was fast. I had one minor problem, one of the rolls was not the one that i ordered, but it is not a major deal. The rolls are high quality and i recommend to buy from this website.

I love my new niimbot. It‘s easy to handle and i can create wonderful stickers for my customer items.

NIIMBOT printer purchased via Meta Facebook advertising, the unit arrived as described and displayed on video printing labels.
The unit is an small smart label printer, however, to access the shown label templates it is based on a monthly subscription fee that for the simple label I wish to print I will not be signing up.
Hopefully it will allow me some flexibility to print storage box label for my equipment in the garage.

It advertises that if you buy a certain number of labels you get some free. Except you don’t get the free labels. When you try and contact them about it they never respond. Save your money

If i could to put less i would,im waiting 1 month ,still didn't get what i paid ! , i try to contact support several times, didn't get ANY !!! answer , THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Can’t fault the product, but living in the UK, the delivery from China took a while and the labels are quite pricey, especially when you then have to add postage and packaging, otherwise would easily be 5*. Certainly still worth the wait and cost though.
