En voyage au Japon avec ma mère, je lui ai proposé de vivre l’expérience d’un food tour pour découvrir autrement la culture japonaise. Elle a été enchantée.

Pendant deux jours, Jad a été un guide attentionné et passionné. Il nous a fait découvrir des adresses confidentielles, tout en partageant avec enthousiasme son amour de la gastronomie japonaise.

Au-delà des découvertes culinaires, ce fut une immersion dans l’histoire, les traditions et la culture du Japon, grâce à ses nombreuses anecdotes et à sa connaissance du pays.

Un grand merci à Jad pour cette expérience authentique que je recommande sans hésitation !

We spent two weeks in Japan as a family (a group of 10) and used Nigiri Japan’s concierge service to book all our restaurants. Thanks to Nigiri Japan, we enjoyed incredible meals every day and sampled various types of Japanese cuisine off the beaten path—it was fantastic! We also went on a food tour with Nigiri Japan in Tokyo, which allowed us to discover some hidden gems. Nous avons réservé un food tour premium avec Jad, et quelle expérience ! Le tour est à mon sens aussi plaisant pour un novice en gastronomie que pour une personne connaissant déjà bien la culture culinaire nippone.
Les tours sont 100 % privés et Jad nous a accompagnés tout du long, nous expliquant l’histoire et la culture culinaire des maisons dans lesquelles il nous a emmenés. Il ne tarit pas de conseils et d’anecdotes. C’était le premier, ce ne sera pas le dernier.

Jad provides a truly valuable service, and he does it in a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. Hotel concierges cannot get you in the places Jad can. Highly recommended.

We wanted to experience the finest wagyu Tokyo had to offer, and Jad took us to Seiryuen — hands down the best we've ever had. He was warm and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights into the culture and history behind wagyu that made the meal even more memorable. Jad was always available and responsive throughout our entire trip to Tokyo. I can't recommend him highly enough!

J’ai contacté Jad début février dernier pour une demande de réservation dans un omakase haut de gamme en Mai. Il a pu nous obtenir une table pour deux chez Sushi Ryujiro tout prenant compte de nos contraintes alimentaires et de disponibilités. Toujours très réactif, agréable et professionnelle, à l’écrit comme en personne.
Je le recontacterai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage au Japon !

Great Time in Tokyo.

We booked Jad for a 2-day premium food tour, and it was an absolute blast. We had sushi, yakiniku, kaiseki, and more amazing food than I can remember!

Jad explained everything so well and made every meal even more enjoyable. Between meals, we explored Tokyo, making the whole experience worth every penny.

Visiting Japan has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid and thanks to Jad (the person behind Nigiri Japan) and his expertise, in spring 2025 I finally got to make this dream come true. In order to help me experience the country to the fullest and check all the things in my bucket list, Jad took the time to extensively learn about what I wanted to do and see, my criteria and specificities as well as my more general tastes and hobbies to make sure I would get the best out of this trip. Getting help to organize a trip is one thing but I believe that Jad went far beyond that, from recommendations to help with booking to translation and even tour guide, he truly does it all ! His knowledge of Japan is honestly impressive and goes from niche pop culture to underrated traditional gems with the ease of someone who have been living there for years. I don’t know if I would have gotten nearly has much out of this trip without him. I really hope I will get to organize another vacation to Japan with Nigiri Japan’s help, thanks to Jad, all I got to do is turn off my brain and enjoy. Needless to say that I highly recommend his service !

I had an excellent experience with Nigiri Japan, and especially with Jad.

Jad is exceptional. He is able to create a truly curated and sophisticated itinerary in Tokyo, but also elsewhere in Japan, with access to outstanding restaurants and addresses that are often impossible to book for regular tourists.

His communication was clear, responsive, and professional throughout. He is reliable, serious, knowledgeable, and also genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I highly recommend Nigiri Japan and Jad to anyone looking to experience Japan at a much higher level than a classic tourist trip.
