Livraison et gout pas terrible

il manque le choix de faire livrer en point relais et sinon leur gin 0,0% il a une très bonne odeur mais au niveau gout c´est pas terrible, on dirait juste de l´eau parfumée et donc c´est hors de prix, c´est correct avec du tonic. C´est donc décevant

Beware

Beware: my order was never delivered and I have been unable to engage Niets to resolve the matter. They simply ignored my emails and my contact form. I obviously would have given 0 stars if that had been an option. I like their products, but they have left me out of pocket as well as out of drinks. Very expensive indeed.

Houdbaarheid is onvoldoende. Fles uit oudere batch.

De vervaldatum van de geleverde fles is over 8 weken; terwijl de fles 'na opening 6 maanden' bewaard zou kunnnen blijven, staat op het etiket vermeld. De fles is dus al relatief 'oud' bij ontvangst. We vroegen om de fles om te ruilen maar kregen geen reactie.

Collo e rimborso ordine mai più ricevuti.

Ordine effettuato a Giugno, il 14 Luglio il collo viene danneggiato e la bolla d'accompagnamento persa dal corriere, quindi il collo non è mai stato consegnato a destino. Apro pratica PayPal e invio diverse email a Niets. Rispondono dopo qualche giorno che avrebbero provveduto al rimborso immediatamente. Dopo alcuni giorni purtroppo del rimborso ancora nulla.

Niet te vertrouwen. Bestelling wordt niet geleverd.

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst op 27 mei. Na een maand is er nog niets geleverd. Het bedrijf reageert niet op emails. De telefoon gaat onmiddelijk over naar voicemail. Ik vrees dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben.
