Unhappy customer
I ordered a dress. It took 3 weeks to be delivered. When it was delivered the package was torn and the dress inside was damaged. I asked to return the dress and a refund. (I was not no pleased with the quality of the material and it looked nothing like the picture.). I sent pictures to show the torn package and damage to the dress. They offered to replace the dress free of charge. They failed to mention that if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for the return shipping to China ($80) and it must be sent and received within 30 days which there is no guarantee would happen. I don't understand why it can't be returned to California where it came from. I am very unhappy with my options. 100% guarantee of satisfaction is not being met.
