Very disappointed in Niche Recruitment. One of their agents, Chloe, contacted my husband for an "Exciting opportunity" mid-August. Her message, of course, came across that he was a great fit, and she asked to set up a phone interview with her, which was arranged for 11:30 the following Monday. He made sure to arrange his day to be available for this call. She never called and has not responded to a follow-up message on LinkedIn or returned his call. He did call the office that day and was told she was in and was transferred to her, but there was no answer. Very poor and unprofessional behaviour. Candidates are humans, not numbers, and it would take 5 minutes out of your day to update them if the position has been filled.

Chloe has been exceptionally proactive and supportive throughout the whole process. Thanks so much!
