They have charged me £18.84 for “services”. Total bill £26.3
They have picked on the wrong one here . At 9am they will be reported to my bank and also PayPal .

Nearly just got caught out by this company as I was actually watching an Halara advert on instagram, clicked on the ‘shop now’ as it looked like the jeans were greatly reduced on Halara, put them in my basket and clicked Apple Pay, fortunately for some reason Apple Pay didn’t register and that’s when I noticed it was a different company I.e nice little things and not Halara I was buying from!

Ordered and the amount was ok then checked my confirmation email and took more than the stated amount. Have emailed with no response yet. From first adding the review ive had a refund of the extra amount taken. Have still not received the items ordered as they have been bouncing around the US. Now says onway to UK. Not a UK company despite saying it is.

Don't buy from this company. Bought 4 of the cool Towel Bottle - Cold Sweat Towels on 19/7/25 cost £20.58 had to chase up the delivery. They arrived on 30/7/25 the bottles that contain the towels were all severely misshaped or damaged. The screw top on one bottle cannot be secured. You need the bottles to keep towels in when wet, The packaging they were posted out in was OK so the items themselves had been dispatched in that poor condition. As they were bought for presents I wished to return them and obtain a refund. They are not allowing me to do this. They have also taken a payment of £24.70 instead of £20.58 reference on CC statement is to Soluniashop. I have challenged this payment total and have had no reply. My CC company has been informed. They stated the items have to be returned to China and that would be too expensive for me to do! They offered compensation of £2 then £4 and then £6 all of which I have refused as I want to return the items for a full refund. They give the impression they are a UK company but that is not the case. Avoid purchasing from them.

Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered an item and then looked at reviews. My mistake, I should have reviewed first. So I cancelled the order within 5 mins of ordering only to be told it had been shipped already! I tried arguing as the website says orders can be cancelled up until they are shipped. They were adamant that it was too late. Two days later I receive an email saying your parcel is about to be shipped! My advise is don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a bracelet was told I’d get discount with a vip code.. I authorised a payment from Apple Pay of £9.62 and they took £12.02 even though my bill said £9.62. I emailed and was told if they found a discrepancy they would refund immediately. I sent them
Proof of my order and the amount and said there was a discrepancy! but still no refund. They say they’re a uk company with uk warehouses but it’s all shipped from china. A fraudulent company that takes your money regardless and I’m left out of pocket. Thankfully it wasn’t too much money , but I’ll never order from them again. Buyer beware. … oh and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive 🤦‍♀️🤯

So disappointed, made a purchase a cpl of wks go and I still have not received my order. Have contacted this company which sends me a tracking number, when I go into the tracking it shows me nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company nor will I use them again.

Company misleading buyers by saying on website that it is Nice little things-UK. Staff goes from China to US just to be shipped to UK. They adding over £5 of vat charges what isn't mentioned anywhere on them website. Very illegal practice. Someone should take this company to court. We should be protected by UK from this illegal practice.

I bought the seamless bra from them,only had it about 4 weeks only wore it a few times and washed it by hand and the wire poked out of the side and cut my arm.I contacted them with the issue and they basically said it was fine when it left there wherehouse so because of that would I accept £2.00 refund i said no that's not good enough.They then told me to ship.it back to them and I could have a refund but it would cost more to ship back according to them.I am so disappointed and will never shop at Nice little things again.They make you think the bra is made for big busted women but unfortunately the bra didn't last a month

Ordered bras which bear no resemblance to the size ordered. They are in no way suitable for a large bust - advert is totally misleading. They offered £2 as a goodwill gesture for a product which is completely useless

Ordered some bras. Buy 1 get a 3 pack.
Didn’t realise they were coming from the USA. And my money was going to china.
They finally arrived and I tried one of them on and it didn’t fit. When I raised my arm the bra went right over my bust. I think they are poorly made with flimsy material. I asked for a refund and was told that I can not send them back as they had been worn. They offered me £2 as a good will gesture…. Outrageous!!
How do you know if they fit unless you try it on. Had it on for a few seconds.

First of all, ordered the alternative 'go fish' card game. Im sure people have seen the ads on socials. It was run as a promo ro get money off. I approved the payment of £11.99 in PayPal only to discover the real price was £14.03 with tax..... sneaky and makes the discount offer completely null and void...

Secondly, the pack only contains 48 cards. A usual deck of cards is 52. Now the advert I saw on Instagram originally had a question about crypto currency. The deck ive received doesn't include this so maybe thats the set of 4 that are missing. By having 48 cards in the pack you can't guarantee of an outright winner. For example of 2 people play and they both match up 6 sets of 4 cards, its going to be a draw and there won't be an outright winner.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed with this game and I wish I'd not ordered it. It is not worth £14! I have contacted customer service so I am hopeful of some money back or a full refund. Avoid

I do believe this is a scam company. I really thought they were based in the UK, as they are.uk at the end of their Web address, but I now realise not,. co.uk
The total amount I thought I was paying, was not the amount that they took. They took a further £6 which I was only aware of after I paid. I have not received the item and I don't think I ever will. The tracking is rubbish. A tip. Only pay by Cc, definitely not a debt card. At least my cc company will reimburse me. Please do not buy from them.

I purchase a cat toy that took a long time to arrive the tracking info was useless. The produce never worked I complained after they sent me a email as I had deleted the previous they said it had been to long and they couldn’t be sure I hadn’t broke both of them. Complete waste of money never use this company !!!!!

First they overcharged due to a 'system error', tbf they did refund the difference, then they tried to make a recurring charge of £3.58 which, they at first said was a subscription and when challenged said that they had no record of the payment.

I have still not received my glasses but as they are based in HK and NOT the UK, it is not surprising. My items for some unfathomable reason seem to be circumnavigating the United States, so I am not holding my breath. Thank God I paid via Paypal is all I can say!

I ordered some translating headphones but when they arrived, they were just normal headphones They came in a tatty box and looked as it had been returned I have tried and tried to get compensation and they have offered me 4 dollars you must be joking it is still on going with them 6 months later

False tracking info every 3 days, What I ordered was nothing like what I received. I voiced my concerns by email, but no reply. Only received emails from them after purchase to push other products my way. No answers to anything else.
I am so glad I got my bank involved and they refunded me.
Does anyone want a pair of 12/14 jeans with loose threads everywhere, pockets different sizes and sewn on unevenly and look nothing like the advertisement? No…..?

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. they are a scam. I ordered jeans total price of £28.30, they apparently have been shipped from Manchester to the USA, despite numerous emails and tracking records they still haven't arrived after more than 3 weeks. I have been in touch with my bank to report the scam.

I was legit surprised by how comfy and warm this turned out. Minor gripe tho – battery life could be better. LED is bright enough to handle my evening jogs, gloves cozy as heck and keep my hands dry in foul weather.

Terrible customer service. Sent me an item which does not work and refused to give a full refund.
Beware. Would never order from thus company again.
