I purchased NHL Centre Ice from my cable provider so that I could watch hockey. I am boycotting the main broadcaster of NHL hockey in Canada, so I saw this as a way that I could watch my favourite team. I no longer live in my hometown and I want to watch my hometown team play. NHL Centre Ice does not show the games for my new city as it has local blackouts. So at least I can watch my hometown team as they broadcast out of market games....Right? Well, no they don't. This week my hometown team played 3 times, and no game was shown on NHL Centre Ice. I paid $200 for the season, only to learn that I now have another Corporation that I need to boycott. Time to take up... Curling I guess.

your league wil end soon ...i see too much dangerous hit ..and crosscheck to a player face without penalty ..hard hit ..charging with no calls by refery ..this happened too much this year ...Your refs doesnt apply regulation seson rules ...

Get ready if they have the item in stock it will take over a week to arrive. If not 30 plus days. I did receive half my order after a week! The other half will arrive in August, even though I placed my order at the end of JUNE. The website says two day shipping. It was in transit for 5 days.

The NHL referee are sack. There should be a team who looks after a referees. This Playoffs just a joke. Where the probability that refs make 90 % of the calls one way and nothing or 10% the other way. They are no different than a penalized player. They made a bad call many times in one end , they have to pay penalties with own money. Penalize them with lot’s money then maybe we can see equal references to all team. It’s a shame that it happening in playoffs. Shame on you NHL to fail equal calls on every team. Especially when you look at USA sand Canadian teams. Than you put advertising we should cheer different ways. You should be ashamed of the NHL the way they judge a teams. The USA teams are not different from Canadian ones and the record is proof how they referring the games. Just an as example last game the Jets player got crossed checked in a face and bleeding and there no call against the Colorado team, but sure enough there stupid call when two players fighting for the pack an the Colorado player loses his helmet, there a call for removing helmet to the Jets. 😂You must be f… kidding me. No call for cross check into the face and the call for removal a helmet. The call should be 4 min penalty and a game misconduct for the cross check into the face. What the commission do? NOTHING!!!! They don’t even look at this miscalled event.Well, why to look? So much for players safety! They already got your money, don’t they?

My lad and I watch games day and night on this app. It’s a little clitchy at times and freezes every now and then…but good enough until I get billed twice within 2 days of each other by Cleeng BV… they made out they was sorting the problem out but couldn’t find details, or proof of payments even when I sent a screenshot… then NHL tv subscription randomly gets cancelled… I’m now £50 out of pocket for about 3 weeks worth of hockey.. seems a very old skool way of running things. I’m more then happy to pay £15 a month to watch hockey but that is proving difficult… very poor in this day and age.

This "app" is a fraud to all NHL.TV users. They need to return the money to all subscribers.

I’ve subscribed. I login successfully, my subscription shows as active but it won’t let me watch anything. Just says I need to subscribe even though I already have. I hit the subscribe link on the video and I resubscribe but still will not let me watch.

I’ve tried iPhone and laptop. Browser wise I’ve tried edge, IE, Google, safari and Firefox. None work.

You report it and they just give you advice that doesn’t work then close the ticket without checking with you. They’ve done this to me multiple times without it being fixed and they refuse to refund you. I’m going to get my credit card company to chase it under failure to deliver goods/services. These lazy, useless, robbing thieves should not get away with this

I bought a Playoffs package in 2020 (I think it was maybe £30?) and then they "renewed" me on the full season package which was over £100 the following season, and when I emailed them they said they couldn't find my details. How is a Playoffs-only package renewed into a full season package? Total rip-off.

Customer service is Junk. Placed an order for 5 shirts for christmas gifts. 1 came in on time and the other 4 were delayed 3 weeks! Customer support was unable to help.

Ordered products on this website. Products were never delivered, I had to follow up and still waiting for refund. I should have read the reviews first, service is terrible

Requested refund 1/20/21. Nothing. Called back 1/29/21. "I see your request has been escalated but cannot tell you if or when you will receive a refund". Who operates like this today? Their CSR's have visibility to account activity and should be empowered to refund $97 upon request. Now they have wasted my time twice and that of two CSR's and only managed to ignore me enough to spread the word. Utter incompetence.

The boss of NHL Network is probably trynna wear a new tie suit every single time but think he or she probably can't be at every game game over here game over there lol not at Y'all

I bid and won a Patrick Laine hat w the inscription and signature reading hat trick #29 of 29.
Funny thing , they dont have the hat obviously someone else does i would like to know who ? someone who works at fanatics? did they steal it or just give it to a manager a friend?
Is it not dishonest to do this? Is it illegal?
They offered me a full refund ( oh how nice and wow customer service of them)
They also offered a different hat just a generic signed Laine hat for a higher price.
I live in winnipeg i can get my jet hat signed any time
This hat had a hat trick inscription and was # 29 of 29 so it is unique
