I attended a viewing at Lampton Parkside with my Mum and had a really positive experience from the start. Before we actually viewed the apartment, we were warmly welcomed by Shreya, who was friendly and professional throughout. She gave us a clear and detailed explanation of the process and also showed us a 3D model of the building, which really helped us visualise the development.

Many people reading this will be first-time buyers like me, so I want to clarify that what I am writing about NHG is my genuine, honest experience.
I mostly interacted with Shreya and later on in the process Jack. Shreya knows everything about the properties - her knowledge is great and she's generally good on comms. There were a few occasions where responses felt slow but one would imagine she was dealing with a lot of clients. Shreya was attentive, accommodating and is the perfect ambassador for NHG. I'm grateful to her for facilitating this daunting process so smoothly. Jack is great - I've only spoken with him over the phone but he has strong people skills and warm energy. He also has a great sense of urgency and was mostly easy to get hold of.
Overall I had a great experience with NHG and would gladly go through this process again!

Issuing £100 fines for driving through a new build owned by this company. No signage mentioning this at all. If this is how they treat prospective buyers I’d steer well clear of them.

He consistently went above and beyond, particularly in helping to resolve the parking space issue we encountered during the reservation stage (initially handled by Samuel). No matter how many questions I had or how complex the situation became, John always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently.

I would also like to recognise both John and Steven, whose honesty, knowledge, and positive attitude stood out throughout the process. Although we experienced long delays due to ongoing technical issues on site during the handover stage, they handled everything with great care and attention to detail.
