Excellent Products and Service
We have an excellent long-standing working relationship with our accounts manager Gareth. He is efficient and we always receive excellent customer service from him. The products from NHC are consistently of good quality and value for money.

We ordered 5 new beds earlier this year…
We ordered 5 new beds earlier this year but unfortunately have had to call NHC out numerous times with faults with 2 of them. Staffing team helpful and polite but really it's not ideal that we need these beds servicing so often when we have only just purchased them

Excellent Service and Great Products
NHC are the perfect supplier. Their knowledge, service and products are fantastic. I have had most dealings with Ed Carruth, Emma Irwin and Perry Kilbey and I cannot fault any one of them. The communication from the Team is second to none, which is very important when commissioning a new Care Home.

Mattress wasn’t for me
The mattress wasn’t good noisy and looked uncomfortable and bulky I set it up it wasn’t used as far to loud but unfortunately the companies policy is you can’t return so a lot of money wasted The company replied and were easy to communicate with so really if buying a larger expensive item just make sure you know what your getting as returning wasn’t a option for my item once it was removed from the box !

Had problems with specific parts that got lost.
Chris promptly offered his help, found the right parts and sent them all part free of charge.
NHC engineers are great, they really know what they are doing, always nice and easy to talk with.
