NH Strandgade, Copenhagen. Nothing compares🙏🏼♥️ The most carrying and kind staff, very rare kind of generous. I will never again book any other hotel when visiting Copenhagen. This is the place to stay🥇

The check in staff were arrogant and delighted to frustrate the customer. We arrived at the hotel at 10am and the staff said our room was ready, but they’d have to charge us a full day to be able to check in at that time. So we left our bags at the hotel and came back at 4 PM to check in and they said they did not have a room for us. Say what so we ended up waiting another hour before our room is ready. The rest of our interactions were that with the staff was equally as frustrating. The breakfast at 26 € was Way too expensive. The only redeeming value of the hotel is the third floor outdoor bar. It was fantastic

One of the beds had springs that were popping up out of the mattress. The bed linens smelled unclean. Towels were changed daily and the bed sheets were folded, but that was it.

Sehr guter Service,große Zimmer und vor allem reichhaltiges Frühstücksbufet.

Völlig inkompetenter, unfreundlicher Rechthaber, der einfach auflegt!
Eine völlige Fehlbesetzung. So vergrault man nicht nur einen GHA Discovery Titanium Status Kunden!
Nicht überraschend, dass es eigentlich nur negative Kommentare zu NH Hotels im Netz gibt.

A budget hotel that advertises itself as 4 star. Recently stayed at the NH München Messe Hotel. The only decent staff members were the bar staff. The man who checked us didn't give us any clear information and we so exhausted by our journey that we forgot to ask. This included missing out the very important fact that breakfast was actually 25 euros each, which was an absolute rip off. The cleaners came in every day and just moved stuff around. They have the signs that say to hang towels up that we wanted to reuse but these were replaced anyway. The toilet was dirty before we arrived and remained that way throughout the trip. The staff moved our belongings when cleaning the room without necessary reason. Won't be going back.
