SCAMMERS!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! They stopped working within the first 2 weeks and when asked for a refund, they have been messing me around. When I purchased the product it stated life time warranty but they are now only willing to refund half of the money!!

Please don’t make the same mistake! After finally getting my Mum to give these hearing aids a go I feel terrible as they simply do not charge, so do not work. Phone calls and emails have all “fallen on deaf ears!” Expensive lesson learned, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Omg, I can't believe I've been taken in by this company. I've just purchased a pair of aids and first of all they wouldn't charge and then when they started to, the aids got to 100%, but don't amplify sound at all. In fact, there wasn't even a whistling sound when switched on but out of the ear, nothing!! They offered me the same as the other reviewers, an upgrade to supposedly "superior" aids and to pay an additional amount of £99.99. I refused and said why would I want to do that when the set I have don't work and now they aren't replying at all. I've contacted my bank and have to wait 30 days to dispute my claim. I'm gutted! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

The worst company I have ever experienced, would not give a refund despite being within my consumer rights period. Had to battle and took legal advice before they refunded, they only give half back and I had to advise my solicitors would be contacting them before they paid the money back. Worst service ever Please avoid, I wish I had read the trust pilot firstly

Never received item waited weeks for them to get back to me .... I'm £250 out of pocket and as a pensioner I can't afford to lose that money have now had to get the free nhs ones

Do not buy from this company. If I could record Zero Stars I would.
The hearing 'Aids' are not what they profess to be. I wear hearing aids be looked for more discrete aids and in-ear aids as I also wear glasses. They didn't fit my ear and kept working out of my ear. Secondly the sound was worse than my own hearing aids - they clearly don't work. After multiple emails they offered a meaningless 70% refund and even told me this had been processed! They have not responded to my last three emails giving them the opportunity to make good on their refund 'offer'. I have looked at making a Money Claim against NG Hearing but the Gov.UK (Company House records) site has no record of the company. The company quoted on the delivered parcel is Essential Sounds Hearing and the Gov.UK record shows they were dissolved in August 2024 - a month before I received my 'aids' from them!!
This is a sham / scam company - don't use and good luck with trying to get your money back if you bought from them.

NG Hearing ignore requests for a returns address and refund. I am now escalating this to my bank and to Trading Standards.

Why didn't I read these reviews first. This so called company is the worst I've come across. Please don't use them. I can't get my money back like all the other people. Why are these parasites allowed to rob people like this.

Avoid! Like the previous, I am also trying to get my money back. There is no service and in response to my fourth attempt at getting a response I was offered a completely pointless so called upgrade for an extra £99.00. These aids are just sound amplifiers. Therefore all sounds are just louder. They are very large, certaily very visible, and have tiny controls. A tiny screwdriver is supplied so you can turn sound up or down!! An ear trumpet would be more useful! These will not improve your ability to hear a conversation; they are very difficult to manage and not fit for purpose and a waste of time and money. Save your finances and temper and go on the High Street where you will get professional expertise and advise 6 days a week. I am asking my bank to look into this, but I suggest you look up the Company registration details.

Similar to the other reviews, I'm now in the process of getting my money back via a claim through my bank.

Incorrect hearing aids received - several emails sent and still no response.

Companies like these should be expelled from any trading activities. Quite simply, avoid.

Stopped working after a week. No response to my emails, phone never picks up. Recommend you spend your money elsewhere. I am now beginning proceeding to get my money back

Bought hearing aid came on time work well but would not recharge, tried phoning nobody answers sent emails no reply,left message on answer phone no response . update returned the product but they returned it with the same base and new ear peice same problem still exists, return was at my expense disappointed that it was not tested before sending back,update unit has been replaced and working well
