Looked into the issue personally, this was an error of underpayment. The invoice amount was 98.25, and the sent amount was 81.715 USDT.

I have discussed with our support team, the error was made on their end. Unfortunately, underpaid orders were not recognized on our support system, so they weren't able to see any proof of payment. This has since been fixed, and we're fulfilling your order regardless of the underpaid amount. Sorry for your experience, you should be arriving your order within a few days.

Good Company

I ordered, I had use some ridiculous 3rd party, which messed up my order, but customer service was all over it. I never got an email with tracking, but I was kept posted throughout and received the order normally.

Next gen is legit

Next gen is legit. Customer service helped fix a transaction screw up i made. They resolved the issue the same day and got my order out to me. You got a customer for life. The products are very good and the prices are good as well. They work and the work good. Im happy.

Order via crypto

I unfortunately made some mistakes when sending the payment via crypto (usdt), but Optic from support was able to find the payment and then apply it towards a new order. I was a little worried at the time that maybe the money was lost, but support found it and applied it to the order. Thank you for all your help! It took a few days to get resolved, but I am glad I'll get my order soon!

Horrible customer service RUN!

Horrible customer service. They define customer service as “ go find it yourself”. And no accountability for the horrible customer service. I asked a question about their product they told me to go read their website. When I said I could not find it on their website, they responded that it's there, go find it. Seriously? If they act that way before you buy...I highly DO NOT recommend this company

As mentioned in our response, our sizes on our products differ from product to product. There are multiple variants for each product. Seeing availability of each product is best done on the website. If you have further questions on the sizing of specific vials, please let us know, and we can help with that.

Another thing to note: Our support response message to you was 1 minute after you sent us an email. Wouldn't call that "Horrible customer service".

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. Don’t trust the reviews. Ordered a product that never arrived and got the runaround for about a month. The only customer service available is a bot on there website. By phone no one ever answers. I never got a response to emails either. I finally got in touch with someone who said they were issuing a refund and surprise surprise I never got a refund. Save your money and stay far far away from this company
