Pre-ordered a wheel from next gen mobility. It was easy and they were very communicative. Happy with the results. No complaints. Great price great service.

Price was the main draw, but their customer service was excellent as well. They answered my questions pre purchase(s).

After purchase, they continued to update through email which is the standard.

Overall I had a pleasant experience. Kudos to NextGen.

First of all, they have the best price of anyone. Second, it came in a timely fashion. Third, when I had questions, they were quick to respond with an answer. Great customer service.

Next gen mobility service is top notch. They are very communicative and will update you every time there is a update with whatever you order. I've order from other companies but I don't think I've had as wonderful of an experience than I did with next gen

I was originally wary of this sight whwn i first started looking for my first euc, but with the quick customer service responses to my inital questions about shipping times and tariffs were answered promptly I new they would be great. I purchased my euc at the end of April and received it mid June, and throughout its entire journey i was given updates at every point and when i asked for information about its arrival time or what was happening in the process i received quick responses.
I would gladly recommend that anyone buy from these wonderful people.

Everything was good. Satisfied with product but the suspension bolts seem to not be tight and the whole thing was moving on me. Have been receiving constant updates on how to fix and have good overall communication with the customer. It did take a long time for the Euc to come in but I don't believe that is the companies fault

As someone totally new to the EUC scene, I was stumped in regard to whether or not I really wanted to embark on the EUC journey. I had already placed an order on a hyper-scooter from another company, which was supposed to arrive about a month or so from the time I placed the order, but after a lot of Internet searches, I decided to go for a EUC. Even though I lost about $100 on my order from the other company for canceling my scooter order, I decided that the EUC looked more enticing. Then began the journey of a lot of internet searches for places from which to buy a EUC and which EUC to buy. Many places provided conflicting advice and strong opinions, and it was nearly impossible to find a live person with whom I could have an actual conversation. I found one place that was pretty generous with their live-person time, and I almost went with them…but then I stumbled across NextGen Mobility and found not only a live person (several) who patiently fielded my seemingly needless questions and concerns but also whose prices were much more appealing than the other places. I finally landed on what probably is too much EUC for me as a beginner, or so I thought, but after about 20 miles of riding I am glad I went big. The person with whom I spoke shared with me what to expect, and as a result I didn’t get frustrated or wonder what I was thinking at length. As a bonus, I was able to get my EUC much earlier than expected because the live person was keenly aware of what was in stock, in transit, and what was available as the result of another order that was placed by someone else that had unexpectedly become available. In addition, arrangements were made for me to drive to pick up my EUC rather than have it shipped…which resulted in me learning to ride much sooner. All in all, it would be tough to find a place that provides as much (live) knowledgeable service, availability of units, decent prices, and transparent overall process. Highly recommend!

Great Experience. I had reached out via site and telegram and the interaction with both individuals was great. Above and beyond. Felt as I was being welcomed into a community. Great information and insight was provided on the EUC I was purchasing.

Appreciated the technical expertise and answers to my questions. But after the sale I honestly questioned and asked the community at large if “Next Gen” was a legitimate company as there was zero response to any of my inquiry’s. I felt like I had payed my $360 dollars and that’s all that mattered.

I’m happy that I received my product but I honestly considered for the first time doing a charge back on my credit card because “after sales” support was not a thing I experienced.

While Looking for a PEV to use o travel to work and back I stumbled upon NGM & Nosfet's Aero newly being released. I did my research site wide as well as other companies and their telegrams as well for more indepth information by actually riders. I pulled the trigger definitely not cheap machines but DYOR throughly and compare. NGM was the best option. Just received my Aero this past Friday. Read the manual and the kinks to know... excited to learn and take my time to become part of the community. Already have my eyes on a the next EUC I will invest in in the future, and it will be through NGM!

Next mobility has been responsive from day one there was slight confusion with my order and I was called and emailed that day. I was allowed to change my order based on the changing landscape here in the US. I accidentally chose the wrong gift card and it was no problem for Rob. The full process of my first wheel was a bit longer than I expected, but it was also due to political issues. Overall, I like next gen mobility to keep price affordable and still give timely tracking and shipping information update , and also a gift card.

Their customer service is very good. Online chatting was always responsive and got some answers within 30 minutes or one hour.

I like this kind of response. So I can leave questions and keep on my work, then return to check replies when I can.
