TOTAL CRAP. I tried installing gel pads as per instruction and as carefully as possible. However the gel pads wanted to stick to everything else in this world including a snake a robber and a fox in a sack cloth.
Seriously guys WTH I would have had more success trying to use this if my eyes turned into melons and exploded in the sun.
The only upside for me is that it was a present so at least I'm not out of pocket on this pile of garbage.

all 3 chargers died in a very short time. Plug them in and put the power and the chargers start showing a charge but die out in the first half minute

Not happy with this product at all the pads don't work. The electrical stimulation doesn't do anything for me. There is no development in my abdominal area at all not happy. I think the product is completely fake.

The advertising makes this product look significant. It is cheap cheap cheap. There is nothing to it.
I tried to get a refund. The phone number just "shut me down". Apparently, there is not a live human being at that number. I tried several times. There is a recording that referred me to an email address for refunds. But all attempts sent me back to nextgenabs.com for the sales pitch.
This company needs to shut down.

Faulty goods, stated military grade, that’s stamped on the cardboard box only
Customer care do not respond
Goods made in China, poor quality, poor instructions
The supplier lied to me, stated that they were busy, and that the goods were being shipped from there overspill offices (China)
So taking the matter up with the USA federal government,(military grade) shame on you nextgenabs

This company should be ashamed in selling non genuine products, and closed down

I ordered the product and paid $79.99 for the abs, arms & extra gells. All I got is the abs. You can’t call any one but I spent wasted time emailing Marie back & forth. They said I didn’t order the full set. My bank statement says different. Says there was $79.99 taken out & this is what I paid. They put the extra $10.00 toward the warranty that I never ordered. Then after going back & forth for almost a month, they finally said they would refund me $10.00 dollars instead of putting it toward my full order. Nextgen abs are not honest in their buisiness dealings and are scandalous in their dealings. The first part of my arguments I even thought they were really trying to rob me. I don’t recommend nextgen stimulator product if you don’t want the hassles of receiving what you ordered from this company. Marie, the nextgen rep seemed snarky & without care in her emails. Like the customer don’t matter. They say you could return it but give no address. Wish I would never had ordered this.

Deceitful untruthful youtube advertising for this scam product, claiming its the latest military technology, that cost thousands until now, these pointless and useless devices have been around for many years without costing thousands and DO NOT DO ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT THESE SCAM COMPANIES AND SCAM ADVERTISERS CLAIM, Avoid these people and all others like them, oh and report their scam advertising too when the likes of YouTube etc force it upon you
