Ik bestelde rond 21-4-2023 een Kenwood Prospero keukenmachine die in de aanbieding was omdat de doos was beschadigd. Met garantie.
Hij werd prompt geleverd en zag er puik uit. Alles zat erbij en nog in de originele verpakking. (hij leek zelfs ongeopend).
Ik begon vol goede moed; heb meteen 3 soorten deeg gemaakt, maar vond dat hij wel erg veel lawaai maakt en de kop beweegt enorm veel. Daardoor loopt de machine over mijn aanrecht. (heb er evt. een filmpje van)
Dat voelt niet goed. Omdat ik nergens zie hoe ik contact krijg met dit bedrijf ben ik nu aan het schrijven met Kenwood klantenservice.
Slecht dat bedrijven zo moeilijk bereikbaar zijn!
ben benieuwd of ze hierop reageren. Anders ga ik naar kassa of radar schrijven.
Intussen heb ik contact gehad met zowel Kenwood als met Next Deal Shop. Ben zeer goed behandeld. Mocht het terugsturen en zou mijn geld terugkrijgen.
Dan is dat nog even spannend. (Moet je het apparaat verzekeren of niet?)
Maar ik kreeg, de dag na verzending, al een bericht van ontvangst en binnen 2 dagen mijn geld terug!

The jewellery is very cheaply made and 2 pr were damaged when the arrived. I was very disappointed to find that the cat family silhouettes were made of plastic. The previous cats that I purchased (made to peek around or look over something) were much better and made of powder coated metal.
