The Installation process went extremely well, the Technician was punctual and polite and he completed the task swiftly. Unfortunately ill health has prevented a road test of the system for the moment. I will comment on the system perrformance in due course.
The main attribute of the product was the incredible knowledge skill and understanding shown by the fitter. It became apparent that every one of the jobs that he attended could involve a different dash am and a different model of car. The job that he did for me was so neat and relatively quick but took into an account details such as the possibility of the rear cam wiring causing or suffering interference with the car’s radio antenna. He was just very impressive.

A very nice conceal equipment. The WiFi features should be upgraded for auto connection.
I hope it last long and can be replaced if necessary.
This was well worth it, unless you know how to do it yourself. Everything was done with precision. All hidden perfectly and I’ll certainly recommend it.
I had booked an install of a 622 dash cam front and rear that I already had purchased a couple of years prior. The installer was rude and accused me of lying about contacting Nextbase. I made a mistake in not understanding that my older dash cam couldn’t be fitted but when I asked for a resolution through customer services like a credit as I’m £139 out of pocket, they have gone very quiet. Don’t be fooled into thinking that you will get a response to any query in 24 hrs, it took 3 days to get any response. I love my nextbase but this has really made me wonder if I will purchase another Nextbase dashcam with such poor customer service.

I initially purchased the hardwire kit to install myself alongside the 333GW front and rear camera, but decided it was too tricky to do, so went for the professional installation, which was perfect. I would have liked the option to not order the hardwire kit as part of the professional install - as I already had a kit. It would be nice to return this spare hardwire kit for a refund. No issues with the installation. I am having difficulties establishing a Wi-Fi connection to the dashcam from my Pixel 9 phone, which does not seem to work at all.
Easy to use dashcam and hardwire kit has meant that it is always available. However, I have noticed a drop off of DAB/FM reception since fitted but don’t know if this is coincidental . Still waiting for re-routing of rear camera cable and appointment. 2 previous requests ignored .

The fitters are great. However, what NextBase don’t tell you is that there are items, not included in the hardwire kit, that are needed for the fitting. For example, new sticky pads for the cameras to stick to the windows and a power cable for the rear camera. If the camera has been removed from a previous vehicle, you likely don’t have the rear power cable - I didn’t. There was no mention of this and so the fitting had to be postponed until the cable came into stock and was then delivered. When I contacted NextBase to ask for a timeline on this, I never received a response. Poor service and instructions from NextBase but the fitter was great.
The fitting was done on time. Happy with the job done.
