Stupid Idiot company went for a interview on 20th August for night shift
At the interview they ask you do a test even if you get one answer wrong these lot tell you sorry cannot continue with the interview and send you home, be aware how they conduct interviews, only 1 question wrong you wont get the job, I felt gutted Now that is Absolutely stupid, how you suppose to know all questions I think that's pathetic Absolutely CRAP

My always go to online store for clothing and shoes when I want to get good quality stuff for myself and the kids. Their items last years and have the best quality. I purchased Barrel Jeans Size8R from NEXT I was concerned about the sizing as in a confirmation email sent to me stated the sizing was UK. I sent emails which were acknowledged received. I also rang. A toll-free number spoke to a gentleman customer service of next explained to me sizing would be the same as Australian sizing he was very patient courteous my delivery of purchase arrived before time and he was true to his word NEXT sizing is true to size for AU.
About the jeans, they are barrel jeans, mid rise rinse washed colour. True to AU size fit is perfect I am 160cm 5’3 weight 57k The Denim is Quality it is not flimsy will wash and wear well They will last for many years to come The style design is not a large balloon round legs Rather they are sculpted out in width not too wide like Japanese style of this kind barrel to narrow to ankle again not so narrow your struggling to put your foot leg through the length is ankle ok it is not full length this is a great look with boots or slip on shoes or loafers I’d wear you could with a selective heel shoe also I highly recommend these jeans. The price cost is inexpensive for these quality made detail stitched styled jeans thank you Chey

I ordered a Star Trek hooded blanket for a birthday present. I was surprised when I opened the package that it was not Star Trek, but Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
I reached out to customer service and they kindly refunded me. However, I had asked that the correct product be sent to me and I was told they couldn't do that and I would need to reorder it myself.
It won't arrive in time for the birthday...

I am someone who never leaves reviews but I came across all these terrible reviews, I am surprised. I have been buying from Next for over10 years and delivering to Australia. I have never had a problem, clothes aren't amazing quality but they are very affordable. The goods arrive in less than a week, I buy a lot and return a lot. Very straightforward, approx 20 AUD to return a bag of clothes. Used to take longer, but now money back on my card in a couple of weeks. I have had only good experience.

BEWARE! The customer service from this company is appalling. Have bought many items from Next and have been satisfied with the items. However when I had a problem with the quality of a swimsuit, (deteriorating after only a few wears) I lodged a complaint with the company. The complaint was lodged about a month ago with no response or even an acknowledgment. I will never purchase anything from NEXT again. SO MUCH FIR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

2 of 3 times I ordered a jacket, I received it in wrong size. The webstore markets it as "slim fit" but twice I have received "regular fit". According to the webpage, the jackets are not even produced in regular fit, yet that's all they send me.
Only 1 time did I receive the jacket I actually ordered, which I why I give 2 stars instead of just 1.

Whats good:- Price, service, quality and delivery.

Whats bad:- Stock levels. I would buy so much more from them if almost everything I click on isn't out of stock in a mens M or L

Today I found out my order was delivered to wrong address in different country.
I was really looking forward to receive what I have ordered. Now I am just waiting for refund.
Someone must be very lucky receiving my 6 items order they did not purchase.

Disgusted with my purchase. The product I received was not what I ordered from the internet shop. I ordered a lovely blue set of boys clothing comprised of a collared and button blue shirt and blue pants for a four year old boy. What I received was a dirty looking grey round neckline T-shirt with sport writing on it. The shorts were not the blue I was expecting but a very dark ugly blue.
It seems you can’t be trusted to send what you advertise.
Shopping with you was a very disappointing experience

My order came promptly and the items were of very good quality and exactly as described. This is the first review I have ever left. I felt I had to make one as as the previous reviews made me second guess if I should buy from NEXT. I had no problems what so ever. I will purchase from next again.

The worst online experience no email confirmation number just the date of delivery .. can’t talk to anyone .. imagine u spend over nearly $300 and ur not getting any assurance if the the items u bought will be arriving or not .. its been a week .. chat line says they will send an email and tracking .. nothing .. this will be the last and never again ..

Bought a pair of Boots just as described perfect fit. Great postage extremely fast highly recommend NEXT.

Is this a fake site? I have no order number, the online chat is a bot and the landline cuts out when I go through. Order was meant to be here the 21st and still have not received tracking info. I think it’s a scam site.

After having such a great "first time" with Next I decided to make another purchase. This time I bought a glass cutting board, a set of 3 cannisters and another pair of slippers, again with Highland cow design and I was not disappointed ... All arrived within a week and all exactly as their photos showed. Thank you again and I'm sure there will be more purchases in the near future

I don’t usually leave reviews however, I felt compelled to leave one due to reading the rest of the reviews before taking a chance by making my first order.

I randomly stumbled upon this website and absolutely adored their variety of products.
The site seemed too good to be true so before making a purchase, I looked at the reviews. They’re terrible and off putting!
However, I liked the products so much that I thought I’d take a chance anyways and boy, was I thrilled with my decision!

The ordering process was straight forward, the items arrived reasonably quick and the items I ordered are exactly as advertised.
Shopping for home decorative items, especially ornaments can be really difficult here in Australia because everything is so repetitive and standard.
Next has different and unique items which is exactly what I was looking for.

I can’t speak for everyone’s experience however, the experience I had would have been a lot less stressful if I hadn’t read these reviews. They gave me the impression that I’d never receive the products.
It’s disappointing and damaging to the business.

A typically ineffective UK enterprise - make sure you card charge back, do not return at your expense. Ordered 1 item and they sent wrong size and could not reimburse my cost to return. They were unable to say why. Unable to replace with in-stock item of correct size "because it's international", then changed their mind after a price rise, after which account appeared to be locked out. No expectation of redress after a month of back-and-forth.
