0 non delivery of order. Only form letter response each time I tried to get help

I ordered 2 flexible microfiber fan duster brushes on 18 August 2026 to be delivered to NSW. I contacted service@newzyhoome on 7 September to enquire about delivery time and was informed to allow 10 days for delivery…it should have arrived by 1 September!
Order supposedly delivered to VIC on 16 September.
NO RESPONSE from newzyhoome.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. They are nothing but a scam and I don’t think they ever even shipped me anything. They said it was delivered once through the post office but I have informed delivery and it never showed that anything was shipped. Then they said they would re-ship and after another month of waiting it never arrived, their bs tracking shows that the shipment has been in Houston TX for 3 weeks. I truly don’t believe that it was ever shipped. I filled a dispute with my credit card company and hope to get my money back. Total scam!!!

should have read reviews before I ordered anything. Thank goodness it was only a small amount. My info showed package received at airport then returned and received to Newzyhoome. All a BIG have

Item ordered didn’t get delivered. Emailed them several times and just got back the same automatic email each time saying it takes ten days and contact them again if not arrived by then - been well over that but still the same reply!

Ordered 1 of them waterproof phone pouches for my holibobz next year and it was a bogof offer they only sent 1 out by mistake so I emailed them and they quickly got back to me within 24 hours and sent another out great customer service and great product

The Item was nothing like shown on video, absolute rubbish, had to ask several time for delivery, do not buy from this company

I Tracked my package and it has given me 2 different dates as being delivered and it has not. My mail goes to a private mailbox in the UPS store and it has CCTV which shows nothing for me. I am unhappy as it was a gift that will never arrive. Won't order from them again and will make sure others know not to give away money.

I ordered 3 box cutters. The ones received were much more inferior to the ones advertised. Cheap and lightweight. The specification said they were 180g. Those received were barely 80g. I also suspect they are not stainless steel as advertised. Still waiting on a refund.

Do not buy from this company!!!!!
