My order was dealt with promptly and my online difficulties were handled well. I was kept informed about the time of delivery and they arrived on time. The delivery team were efficient and very helpful. My request for a replacement programme button was dealt with at the warehouse and a second sent when the first was lost in the post.

Got a great bargain on a Neff double…
Got a great bargain on a Neff double oven. It was probably ex-display and arrived encased in bubble wrap. The only issue was residue from Sellotape and stickers, but patience and a decent cleaner dealt with that.
Prompt and helpful delivery and £700 pounds cheaper than John Lewis for the identical item

I ordered an kitchen extractor fan who came to my house very poorly boxed. Unfortunately, it was broken when my builder opened the box. Then, I had to pay £50 to get it picked up and returned. It has now been about 5 to 6 weeks since that happened and I still have not received a refund. I paid over £500 for a faulty fan that I am struggling to get a refund. I always look at reviews, and the reviews were quite good, which is why I bought from them. I would really avoid... still waiting for my refund...

The cooker hood you bought was listed on our website as "GRADED" and not NEW as you thought. It was clearly explained the packaging will not be as the a new hood would be, hence a huge reduction in price. The hood when it got back to us we checked and everything was fine and nothing broken. WE did ask you to send the hood back by any courier to save our collection fee, but you mentioned in your email that you cannot get any courier to collect and return it to us and agreed to pay our normal collection fee.
We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Problem dealt with fast and professionally.
I had a problem with the freezer which arrived damaged and after providing photos was immediately offered and received a full refund. The matter was dealt with both speedily and professionally with all emails answered quickly. Thank you Majur.

Item not as described....
Before purchasing my Siemens freestanding dishwasher I asked the question of any marks on the item. I was told there were no marks at all on the item so I proceeded with the purchase.
Upon receiving the item there were a number of marks noticeable including a small dent on the front door. Have reported this to customer services but have received no response back as of yet. Item is clearly not as described so I would advise to buy at your own risk.

Chief pot washer
Being unsuccessful in trying to source a new German dishwasher as there’s limited stock. I discovered Newlife after days of searching. Contacted them via the phone and they had stock and sounded genuine. Ordered a less than month old return. Both Newlife and the delivery company were excellent. I now have a great dishwasher at a reasonable price.

Not worth the hassle honestly buy from somewhere you can see your appliance.
I bought a condenser 10kg tumble dryer from this company online in January. It arrived with a broken door /hinge anyway the door was off. I emailed customer service and they informed me that I had bought the beko dryer with the broken door and it was in the advert. I checked and sure enough I had I just hadn't read it properly as the pictures with the advert had a complete dryer with door attached. However I realised I should have looked properly and set about getting it fixed. What they didn't say was the casing under the door was also dented in and damaged from whatever had damaged the door so getting it fixed is proving to be problematic. Absolutely not worth the hassle and I so wish I hadn't bothered. Please buy from somewhere you can see your appliance first as regardless of how they spin their reply selling appliances that are unfit for purpose is wrong and as they refurbish, I believe if it could have been fixed, they would have..

However, we find that giving us a 1 star review is not correct as you too have mentioned that you did not read or see the picture on our website which clearly stated that the dryer door's hinge is broken and we did show a picture of the dryer with its door on top. We also sent you the screenshot of the listing on our website.
We do show all photos of any imperfections on our website and also invite our customers to ring or email us if they require more or closer photos of any imperfections.
However, we do apologise for the damage to the casing, but you never mentioned this until now when you write the review on Trustpilot.
