I ordered my product over a month ago still haven't received it multiple emails no reply
Worst experience I've ever had online shopping pay for something it never get it

Ordered an item. Never got it. Contacted the company and received the same automatic reply 10 times. Total scam.

What a scum shop i bought silicon denture and it is a rubbish product. I want my money back 😩

Newjoyloo is one of the worst companies i have ever ordered anything from and I would never order anything again, the website makes everything look fantastic and when you finally get the item it is cheap rubbish my item was actually damaged when I received it, I would not recommend ordering anything from this company they are giving false information, takes far too long for delivery and if you contact them they don't reply, so please don't waste your money.

Did not get my item tryed to contact them nut not able to because they said they did not have my email address which is a lie because i used it to order my item i lost 24.00

This is an update. I finally did receive the item I ordered from Newjoyloo. Due to having Keratocunous this item was greatly appreciated

Apparently my order was delivered .. i have emailed asking where has the parcel been delivered to ..they is no proof of delivery or the company they use ... the response was your parcel has been delivered .. they dont read your previous emails .. they have now stopped responding to me .i have also emailed shop for help .no response from them either ..

I ordered two and a half weeks ago.....it finally said it shipped but no tracking and nobody will contact me back about my order. Wish i had read reviews first!

I tried to upload a video of unpacking the delivery but the video was too big/heavy in content (over 25MBS+).

My order was for 1 x Vector fully automatic water blaster & 1 x ARP9 water blaster

I received 2 x ARP9 boxes but inside are automatic water pistols.

Shall I send this delivery back to your logistics warehouse PO Box 787, Hounslow TW3 9BN?
