Arrived 3 days after the requested date. Not a gift basket by anyone’s description. The bottles of wine arrived unsecured on a piece of wood half covered in black paper, wrapped in a piece of cellophane. The complimentary gift card was an A4 piece of paper with Happy Birthday typed on it. It appears this company sends the orders out to individuals to make up the so called gift baskets on their behalf so hit and miss as to what is received. The return address was an individual at a residential address and not the company. Wine was fine but a gift basket it was not! Very disappointed and complained several times but the company aren’t interested. I opened a dispute for a partial refund with my credit card company. Go to wine.com instead and don’t touch this awful company.

This company is a scam. I ordered a basket and nothing I ordered was sent. The items that were sent were not even an option on there site. The items substituted were not even similar. They list decent products online but they really don't have those products and give you something totally different.

I hope I have the correct company. I ordered a basket from NJ Baskets for my daughter in New Jersey. I live in Ireland and paid $174 for the basket, having added two bottles of red wine and an extra bottle of sparkling wine. The basket I ordered was totally different to the one I ordered. Everything was changed. They sent spicy pretzels instead of artisan crackers, beef sausages instead of smoked salmon, cranberry cheese instead of Brie. Nothing was edible, and not a sign of red wine. They informed me that they had the right to substitute anything they wished. My daughter does not eat beef. So most things she received went into the bin, as far as I am concerned this company scammed me. I called them but to no end. I got an email from a company manager who was positively abusive to me. I am living on a pension and this was a lot of money for me to lose. I am warning people to be very careful and read the small print. I will never use this company and warn everyone who are considering using them to beware.
