Easy to order and easy to navigate the website. I made an order whereby I ordered wrong size. The return procedure and reorder process was straightforward and excellent service. The reordered clothing arrived before I had a chance to send the items back!
If you're wondering why I got the sizing wrong is that I have lost more weight than I realised. Quality of clothing is good. Will be buying again as and when I need to.

I ordered the longer length raincoat. Lovely substantial coat which looks good out walking or venturing into town. I initially bought a size up after reading reviews saying it was on the small side. I found it too big, reordered in my normal size which is perfect. Both delivery and exchange arrived in quick time.

I bought a gilet for my younger brother as a birthday present as we in Scotland have significantly colder temperatures than you South of the border. I am pleased to say he is delighted with his present and wears it frequently especially when he goes to football matches.
