I cannot rate this store highly enough

Ordered shooting trousers and jumper from New Forest Clothing and was pleasantly surprised and very impressed by the speed of delivery and the quality. We will definitely put another order together soon.

Bought a pair of moleskin trousers
Size 36”, well I’m between 34-36 depending where manufactured.
However the size so called 36’s were 2-3 inch short of doing up on me! Ridiculous mis-sizing!
Sent back the next day, and I asked for the points I’d used to buy them, to be re credited to my account.
Few days later I received an email from New Forest saying to give them 5 working days to make a decision on my return
That was 22nd October, we’re now the 30th! Still no reply, nor refund of my points !!
I’ve completely lost confidence in shopping with them now!

Great range of outdoor clothes, including clothes for dog training. Fast delivery.

A high quantity product delivered quickly. Initially I ordered the wrong size, the exchange was handled very quickly without any hassle at all (print off the return label attached and post). I posted my return on Friday and received the replacement the following Tuesday. Regular update emails received throughout the process.

The fleece I have just bought is very comfortable and warm, always good prices from this company and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
