Well...
The book came clean and new. I have found unprofessionalism in some of the messages staff sent me and I had to edit my five stars "good treatment" review. That's what this review was called.
I also find myself out of Scientology but since this is not goodreads.com, I will not write what I did not like.
I will edit the review if they can refund my book.

The shipping costs to send the book back are usually not covered by us. 1. I was placed an order for one book as my 3rd time purchase and your Cx relation staff said that if I order 4 items they can wave off shipping charges. Then I ordered 4 items. But finally they have invoiced the shipping charges also in my 4 items order in invoice No NP -156948 on 17.10.2023.
2. I’m an International Cx of Sri Lanka.
Your company should be issued me a USD invoice as an international transaction that is also not done yet.
3. My home country National Language is Sinhalese and I would have purchased books in my mother language but your sales person didn’t tell me that Sinhalese books are available what is my preferred language.
With that I m really embarrassing as I couldn’t bring down my books in Sinhalese language.
Therefore I’m not happy your services at all. One of your Consultant in Sri Lanka at present at least he should bring some Sinhalese books when coming to Sri Lanka and he has brought most English Documents.
In this matter you can’t promote your business in Sri Lanka if don’t know what language used in the Country.
You are experts in English we are an Asian Country has National Language and to be aligned to that.
