We have just baught our second Golden doodle from NewDoggy and the experience was as good if not better this second time around.
In fact, we wanted another dog than the one we ended up with but after NewDoggy had him checked buy their vet and found a small deviation that could potentially have an affect on his helt in the future, they directly informed us and suggest to let them find another dog for us. Thank you New Doggy for your transparency and true professionalism!
It then only took a few weeks of searching, suggestions and discussions until we knew they had found us a dog we will love. The process was really good actually and changed our mind a bit on the color etc. We love our new family member and so does our 2 year old Golden doodle Fido. Milos temperament, color and size to be is the perfect complement. We are so happy and Greatful.

We got recommended New Doggy by my neighbor
We got recommended New Doggy by my neighbour who got their puppy three years ago and I was absolutely impressed with how well trained she was. As first time dog parents we were not sure how and where to start but Géza and Tran held our hands from the start and patiently answered all our questions about various breeds that would suit our family. Once we finalized our puppy, we got regular and timely updates on her development and even though she was millions of miles away from us it felt like she was already part of our family. Her transfer to Hong Kong was handled very seamlessly too and we have been very impressed with how invested the team at New Doggy is in our Puppy even after she’s reached her home with us. They are our 24 hour hotline promptly answering all our questions about her training and adjustment . We cannot recommend them highly enough .

It’s truly a 5 star experience with New Doggy . I got my papillon girl, Lola 5 years ago from them and was already impressed with their professionalism in helping to search for Lola. It was during Covid then with travelling very restricted but they managed to deliver via cargo on a timely basis. Their after sale service is even more outstanding, 5 years on , when I approached them recently to convert Lola’s pedigree which is required for agility competitions overseas, New Doggy stepped up again and went back to breeder to get the pedigree converted to export pedigree. It’s amazing that 5 years later I could still get such excellent after sales service from them !

Most stress-free experience one could ask for.
They spent time to understand us as a family / owner and patiently guided us through the selection process. Once we chose our Golden Retriever, we were sent health confirmations, and weekly updates on his health and behaviour.
Received our dog without a single hiccup. It was clear the dog had no fear and was treated well. Added bonus that he was toilet trained too.
We've had our dog now for 2 weeks. He is perfectly healthy, confident, and has good food drive and play drive. No issue with separation, or socialisation. He has been a treat to train and bond with.

A very professional and ethical service
We used NewDoggy to get two standard dachshund puppies in 2019, from two different breeders. We were very impressed with how meticulous NewDoggy was in terms of making sure we got healthy dogs. Some of our original choices they cautioned us against once their veterinarian was able to examine the puppies. The two we got were in excellent health, very fit, and grew into healthy, smart, very active adult dachshunds. Sadly, our girl dachshund died a few months ago in a freak accident but we are going back to NewDoggy again to find a new companion for our boy dachshund as he has become lonely.

Excellent services
Our first family dog was from NewDoggy, and it was a terrific experience. Their service was excellent, they took care of all the details allowing us to choose the type and gender of the dog. The puppy got to stay with its mother until it was weaned, and she was fully vaccinated, potty trained, and micro chipped upon arrival. They walked us through the shipping process, and we got our dog in time for the New Year. I highly recommend their service. Three of my friends also used their services and were all very happy.

Total disappointment with the service…
Total disappointment with the service and quality.
They make promises they cannot keep and sell animals without providing the proper pedigree papers. In our case, the dog they sent suffers from bilateral abdominal cryptorchidism—a serious congenital condition that was never disclosed.
At first, they told us to wait and said they would discuss compensation if the issue persisted. Once it was confirmed by our vet, they offered a completely inadequate amount for such a costly animal.
This experience has been deeply upsetting. We strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
We have previously owned male German Shepherd dogs and never had a single litter. Therefore, the accusations made by Mr. G are entirely false. We will be proceeding with the necessary legal actions against his company.
Furthermore, we do not typically sterilize our dogs, but due to this congenital condition, we are now forced to do so. In all our past experiences, we have always received the pedigree documents at the time of purchase. Mr. G’s claims are misleading and appear to be an attempt to deflect responsibility.

We sincerely regret your dissatisfaction and appreciate this opportunity to clarify. Romel was sold strictly as a companion pet with a signed agreement explicitly excluding breeding rights (and therefore Export Pedigree papers, which are reserved for breeding-quality dogs). During our communications, it became apparent you intended to use him for breeding—a violation of our contract terms.
Regarding cryptorchidism: This is classified as a minor condition in pet dogs. While neutering is recommended (for which we offered €300 in goodwill support), it does not affect his health or quality of life as a companion. At delivery, Romel’s testicles were mobile, and we reasonably expected them to descend. Had he been sold as a breeding dog, we would never have released him without confirmed testicular descent and full health clearance.
We prioritize ethical breeding practices and animal welfare above all. Given the breach of contract and concerns about Romel’s intended use, we are withholding his national pedigree pending confirmation of neutering—a standard precaution in such cases. We remain open to offline discussion to resolve this matter amicably, as our primary commitment is to the wellbeing of our puppies and their families.

Our baby home
It was smooth from choosing the breed and the type of dog that I wants all the way to the delivery of Archie to my home. We were kept posted on Archie's development and progress of training. Archie arrived in good shape and settled in his new home.
