Jorge DeSantiago was very professional and compassionate. He thoroughly explained what a “subprime market” is and how I am currently trapped in these markets through refinancing and other tactics. He was the third debt relief rep I have spoken with over the last month. However, he did not make me feel judged for my debt, but he explored my debt with me and offered me a way of escape while still being responsible for reduced payments. He understood that my faith is important to me and that I don’t run away from my responsibilities.
