The product is very good and I will probably order it again. The courier delivery however (Aramax) was shocking. They said they couldn’t find my premises, although very straightforward. After much intervention they delivered it to a ‘delivery point’ at Cincotta. Chemist, Neutral Bay, but the shop had no record of it because they did not log it as received because the driver just left it on the counter and the shop assistant found it there today after much searching. Only delivered to the Chemist Yesterday, although I ordered it on 18th May.
Your product is very nice, so the delivery not your fault.

I had a fantastic experience with Nevo Shop, a payment for my order was taken but the order was not placed due to a technical issue. I followed this up after a couple of days and received an immediate response. The team upgraded my shipping to express with no extra charge (which arrived 48 hrs later) and my order came with some extra complimentary products and a hand-written note to apologise again for the slight delay.
