Highly recommended basic clothing and they use the best qualities

I consider Neutrale to be a quality brand. I love their basic products as a wardrobe staple and they come out with more and more different things. Plus, the guys at the store are super nice!

Love this brand. I've been buying Neutrale since they first started and they keep surprising me with new products. The last one i bought was the Twill Jacket and I looooove it!

Incredible experience and incredible products, the people in the store where really friendly and close they helped me a lot with the product i was looking for.

Can’t believe when brands charge you to change a size or just return. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product, the best thing you can do is make things easy to return it.

Anyways… had to deal with many employees and didn’t get help from anyone.

i have ordered to trousers which were to long. So I returned it. I had to pay the whole return which was about 20 euros. And now they won't pay me my money back (340 euros). I am waiting for 3 weeks and they always say that they have issues. Don't buy clothes there. It´s just ridiculous.

I ordered here for the first time and the order was cancelled a few hours later. In spite of this, you could still order it on the website.

No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para Neutrale. Increíble la atención al cliente. Pocas veces he visto tanta amabilidad y facilidad. De verdad, el servicio posventa es de lo mejor del mercado. Súper comprensivos y amables.

Y por supuesto: las alpargatas preciosas, comodísimas y un orgullo llevar estos materiales sostenibles. Volveré a comprar seguro. Y recomiendo la marca a todo el mundo.

Una marca muy TOP para comprar ropa sostenible con un diseño muy cuidado. La calidad es muy buena y ellos se preocupan mucho para que encuentres tu talla ideal :) lo recomiendo!

Prendas muy bien elaboradas y tejido de gran calidad, además de ser orgánica. El trato con la marca todo súper guay ya que les pregunte antes por una talla. Recommended! :)
