I've used NetXL a couple of times and found their prices and service to be very good.
Needing some mobile network advice I contacted NetXL and Travis was very quick to reply.

Despite the item I needed being out of stock, but available elsewhere, I was willing to wait for stock to arrive as good customer service deserves to be rewarded with an order.

I ordered a router and an external antenna from NetXL. Unfortunately, the router turned out to be faulty - an issue clearly related to the manufacturer, not NetXL. Delivery was fast and within the expected timeframe. Due to the faulty router, I had to initiate a return, but thankfully the NetXL team was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, replying the same day every time. The return went smoothly and without any issues.

I've kept the antenna and will be looking for a router with similar specs from a different manufacturer.

A real pleasure to do business with Travis and NetXL. Travis was incredibly patient and helpful in quickly understanding and finding the right solution, and at a lower cost than what I was originally planning on. I will definitely be doing business with Travis and NetXL going forward.
