Next day delivery is a joke! Don’t trust NetXL
Purchased item Thursday morning with the promise of next day delivery, the next day no movement on the tracking so I emailed to question this, I was told Royal Mail didn’t take the package, I was refunded the postage and told the package will be with me the next day… well I urgently needed the item and they have only just handed the package to Royal Mail.

Do not trust this company if you need a delivery to arrive next day.

Not a company I often use but they have never let me down, they are my go to for most things Ubiquiti.

We have been using NetXL for a good few years now for all our Ubiquiti needs. It is very rare that they aren't the cheapest place on the internet!

There service has always been prompt, professional and without issue which makes it a simple decision to continually purchase equipment without hesitation from them.

On the most recent purchase, I incidentally provided the wrong shipping address, this was resolved by Charles within 10 minutes of the order and my item still arrived the very next day!

3rd order with them, this time ordered next day by DPD, now over a week late and still no sign of a delivery date. Since DPD still have the item in their sorting office (not even in depot for delivery) netxl offered to arrange to just get it back to them BUT is holding up my paypal refund DESPITE THE ITEM NEVER GETTING ANYWHERE NEAR ME.

Ordered unifi gear plus some cabling. Really good prices and super efficient service. There was a delay caused by the courier but support provided all explanation in a very friendly and polite way (thank you Olivier!). Box arrived intact, all nicely packed, brand new equipment as advertised.
From now on this is my default shop for networking stuff.

Avoid this company….. All good when things go well but if delivery does not arrive or incorrect items shipped then you will spend your life chasing!!!!! Still waiting for an order that I paid for on the 21/11/25 on next day delivery!!!!!!

I have used NetXL for a while now and each and every time the service is incredible. Never once had a negative experience with them. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Charles was very helpful and friendly with a question I had. 10/10 overall.

NetXL are an awesome company to do business with. A big shout out to Rachel who always provides a superb customer service. In fact, I requested a quote, which arrived at 5:28pm (less than a minute from putting the phone down) and the item arrived just after 9am the very next day. Very impressive. I'd better not leave out Oliver, who has also been brilliant, whenever I call in, with silly questions. Thanks both.

Oliver Pinder has delivered excellent service for a replacement camera I needed. i will return for more customs!

It has been a while since I last ordered anything from NetXL, but I needed another Unifi switch and they were able to supply me promptly and at a very keen price. The item was ordered Friday and I wasn't expecting delivery until Monday, but it arrived on Saturday morning early doors with Royal Mail (it was fun watching Postman Pat driving up my hill after a big dump of snow).
I'm delighted and would use them again when the time comes and have no problem recommending them for others.
