I have purchased a replacement Sumner gazebo canopy in Jan 2024. Yesterday I tried to put my gazebo up and the canopy has ripped in 3 places it cost £50.00
Netta do not want to know. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Air fryer would benefit from basic operational instructions.

Purchased the Warmer Electric Blanket via Amazon
in Feb 24 and it stopped working in March 25 after only 6 months usage as it is a Winter product. The company (Netta) did not respond when I asked for a refund as the product was not fit for purpose. Cannot recommend this company. Go elsewhere!

A bit of confusion over split delivery but all sorted out via the phone. Very helpful customer services. Products good quality and I am happy with my overall experience.

I’ve owned 2 Netta products, a mini fridge and a tower fan. Both lasted around a year of minimal use before becoming unusable, conveniently just after warranty. I used the mini fridge to store medication, but after putting other items in the fridge there quickly became mould. I put in a temperature sensor and it showed the fridge was not even cold, and therefore my medication became ineffective. The tower fan became exceedingly noisy to the point you couldn’t sleep through it. I contacted customer support, but they were helpless. It’s such a shame, I had trusted other reviews but I can only advice you NOT to buy

Initially had a problem with the order but it was sorted out by customer services without fuss.

Very pleased great communication and customer service had a technical glitch with first order returned Rr placed very happy hedges of various heights all tidy. !

Purchased the netta extendable battery operating hedge trimmer plus chainsaw so much lighter than the corded type. Needed a new chainsaw chain, ordered online arrived within a couple of days.

I was extremely happy when I saw the stove and that I chose this model. It really lived up to expectations, the size, the realistic flames , the overall appearance. I especially like the fan grill at the top as apposed to the box underneath most stoves. It really makes the stove look neater.
When switched on the heat is instant and quiet.
