Got the loan, nowhere near the amount requested, less than a fifth of the amount needed. UNABLE TO REPAY DUE TO NETPAY ADVANCE refusing to allow me to update my account information, NPA repeatedly harassing me by calling, texting and emailing demands for payments yet they refuse to allow me to actually pay! And yet, even though NPA refuses to ALLOW ME TO PAY, interest is still accruing, they've reported delinquency to the credit bureaus and are both still harassing me AND STILL REFUSING TO ALLOW ME TO PAY for months now. I have repeatedly attempted contact, repeatedly attempted to update my account information to an account that actually exists! Yes, that's right, NPA has refused for abt 5 months to allow me to update my information to PAY THE LOAN! Extra charging me interest while refusing payments sounds really reputable, doesn't it?

I have always had no issue with NPA, I process my loans online myself quickly and efficiently. Their site is easy to use, and when I needed an extra day or two they have always been very flexible.

I am going out of my way however to leave a review for Jesus A. I called in as I was having some issues with logging in. It wasn't a password issue, the site was giving me trouble sending the actual login request. The first representative just went through the script and wasn't listening to my explanations. They said they would call me back in 20 minutes and we could try again. I was frustrated, having worked in call centers before I know there are limitations but I also know what it sounds like when someone isn't trying. I called back almost an hour and a half later, having not received my call back, mostly to just make note on my account about the poor customer service and my frustration. Jesus listened to me, used the information to suggest another option, and low and behold solved my issue almost immediately. He was kind, he was patient with my frustration, and he really saved my opinion of NPA.

The customer service at Net Pay Advance is amazing. Angel was efficient, friendly, and knows how to make his customers smile. Thank you so much for being so understanding and hardworking!

My mistake for picking this place. Yes, I took a loan out for approximately 1800.00. But I have paid ALMOST 7000.00 back and they want more.
Customer Service is friendly but when you ask for help on stopping the interest and fees they ignore the questions and keep pressing on the payments. Yet the website shows that they help you get back on track and help pay off not to keep funding them.
I have paid a hefty price for this loan and I am still paying!! This is why people file bankruptcy.

Having a payday loan with net pay has been the easiest experience I've been through. Not only do they give you time but they also gives you days to extend.

Biggest load of lies company. I was approved for a $500 loan and the sec I call to update my account number, the underwriter stated I’m denied for the already approved $500 loan. I received 3 emails to sign my documents but somehow I’m denied?? Makes no sense and this company wasted 30 min of my time and effort.

They don't follow the contract charge u the days they didn't deposit the money keep harassing me everyday love to charge u and overdraft your bank account one miss payment and they put u in collections and try to charge u twice

They have always helped me when needed. They also have amazing customers support.

This company is a bunch of liars and really if you want a loan go somewhere else. I've been dealing with these scam artists for the last four days and it is a complete waste of time.

I failed to read my entire contract with NetPayAdvance; I borrowed $300.00 in November of 2023; had I not called and asked, they were SET TO DRAW AN AMOUNT OF $984.00, over a six-month period!!! I wish that I could give them a ZERO star

TRUE I TRUSTED AND ACTUALLY BELIEVED IT WAS THE TRUTH WHEN TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HOW MUCH MY PAYMENT WOULD BE MONTHLY AND THEN THEY BEGAN WITHDRAWING 2X THE AMOUNT AND I AM ON A FIXED INCOME SO YES I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I HAVE BILLS TO PAY. NOTHING BUT LIES AND I COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT COLLECTIONS

I don't recommend them. I was approved via email and by the staff. I was asked to complete the application, but was literally denied. I was told by the staff that the I T department needed to fix the error with no timeline. I needed the funds in order to buy a airline ticket for my Father's funeral in another state.

Noah was very professional. He even called back like he said he would to help me change my email address for my account.
