I ordered a Man Crate for my husband as they advertised biltong,droēwors and snapsticks in it. It only came with biltong and droèwors.
The package is perfect with the message and name on it.
Just a shame they dont put in what they advertised.

On 27 May 2026 I ordered a personalised Gown and Towel set for R1799
1. It was supposed to be embroidered "T Soafo", instead it said "S Soafo".
2. The product description says the item will be EMBROIDERED in blue THREAD. What they sent me is not embroidered, it is stamped with blue INK. They suppose that customers are too stupid to know what thread looks like or what embroidery is?
3. After a logged a return they promised to correct the order and send a replacement on 29 May.
4. On 29 May they sent a message saying they would no longer deliver on 29 May, but they would deliver on 30 May instead.
5. On 30 May they sent a message saying they would not deliver on 30 May but they would deliver on 1 June instead.
I have completely lost faith on Netflorist - there is no coming back from this one.

I ordered the Snack attack yester for a colleague at a hospital, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday.Today i called in the morning but now is 13h54 still not delivered.

Your service is very poor i will never recommend anyone to use you worst you cannot call back the 011 number that was called.

I ordered my bosses birthday present from NetFlorist and expected it on the I stipulated. Needless to say I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I received cocky comments from the so called Agent with generic responses about the times of delivery and that I didnt specify it was urgent. There is no place in your to specify anything. it felt like I was dealing with an AI bot but was told no I wasn't it was a live agent. Well the intelligence level left alot to be desired. I will never use Netflorist again and will make sure none of my clients or friends use them either for there own sanity

Hi my experience with Netflorist was the worst. I ordered a gown set for my boyfriend whose birthday is today and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they didn’t even have the decent to let me know that they won’t able to deliver due to the delivery van being broken down. Yoh I’m so annoyed with this company

I was so glad to get the special offer as I am on pension. The offer was great and the lilies beautiful. Thank you ! My daughter loved the flowers too.
