Netflorist service in general is absolute shit however the call lady was amazing in helping me and the delivery driver as well was patient and amazing and efficient. Netflorist=bad

I live abroad with my family, and wanted to keep up personal meaningful gifts for my parents in SA. This was for my mom's birthday.
The scarf and Charlotte Rhys hamper coupled with the Sally Williams honey was the ideal gift. Each item had individual significance and appeal to my mom. They were delivered on time, after I made a late order for same day delivery.
She adored the packaging, floral toned complimentary greeting card and quality of the products.
NetFlorist is quite reputable and I can see that based on both their products and delivery as well as responsiveness to customers, as I reached out to them via WhatsApp after initially not receiving my emailed order confirmation.
The price is worth the effort they put into all they provide.
Shocking service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from NetFlorist.
I placed an order for a bouquet of Gerberas (my daughters favourite flowers) together with a paid-for congratulations card for delivery on 20 May. Unfortunately, the card never arrived, despite me paying for it as part of the order. This was for her university graduation which sadly I could not attend as I work in the UK.
To make matters worse, the quality of the flowers was unacceptable. Around half of the Gerberas were either wilted on arrival or had petals missing, making the bouquet look tired and poorly presented.
I lodged a complaint on 21 May and was advised that a refund would be processed. However, weeks later I have still not received the refund, nor have I received a genuine apology. Every time I contact the WhatsApp customer service number, I receive the same automated response stating that they are “dealing with the problem.”
At this point, the situation has become beyond ridiculous. The issue is not only the poor quality flowers and missing card, but also the complete lack of customer service and follow-through. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks to receive a refund that has already been agreed.
I would not recommend NetFlorist based on my experience !!!

Bought a birthday hamper for someone (same day delivery) before 8 AM. Arrived only after 4 after the person had already left the office. Makes a very awkward happy birthday hamper if the hamper gets there so late in the day. Checkers sixty60 next time rather.

I ordered a same day delivery service. The delivery was attempted around 6pm in the evening at an office address.. Needless to say the recipient was not at work at that time. Delivery only took place the next day(today).
Please don't offer a same day delivery promise if you're unable to deliver on it.
