Sarah was so easy and pleasant to work with on my custom order. I had a special request - to use a charm made of stainless steel rather than silver - and she found one that was perfect. She was also very helpful when letting me choose the exact piece of glass I wanted for the pendant, and adjusted the price accordingly for no chain (at my request) and shipping to the US (which was a little less than automatically calculated during the purchase process). She was very precise at every step of the sale. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The item took a while to arrive, but that was due to the postal service and not the shop. So just have a realistic expectation of arrival time before ordering. The item was well packaged, and just a lovely, unique item that I absolutely love.
