DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I was charged for goods that were never shipped. When I contacted Nerra to check on the status of my order, I was told they were having "disruption delays." After more than 2 months since placing my order, I followed up again and asked if I could either cancel or be sent a different scent that was in stock. Nerra said they would check and get back to me. After not hearing anything for nearly 3 months, I asked for an update on my order. I sent another email a few weeks later and received a bounce back - they blocked my email. I emailed them from my a different email address and also placed a message on their website "Contact" page. 4+ Months and NO RESPONSE, so I had to finally report the charge to my bank as "no merchandise received" and explain that it was outside of the dispute window because the company was stringing me along for several months. Here is the timeline:
-MARCH 6 ORDER PLACED
-MARCH 8 CHARGED $106.96
-MARCH 25 I SENT AN EMAIL RE ORDER STATUS
-MARCH 27 NERRA SAYS DISRUPTION DELAYS
-MAY 13 I SEND FOLLOW UP EMAIL & ASKED TO CANCEL OR BE SENT DIFF. AVAILABLE SCENT
-MAY 14 NERRA SAYS THEY WILL REVIEW MY REQUEST
-MAY 20 I EMAIL AND ASK TO BE PROVIDED UPDATES
-JUNE 4 I EMAIL AGAIN NO RESPONSE
-JULY 8 I EMAIL AGAIN AND EMAIL BOUNCES BACK AS UNDELIVERED

Hoping the bank will refund my $106.96 as the company has been non-responsive.

Cette société a promis à la nôtre de payer ses factures en proposant elle-même des échéanciers qu'elle n'a jamais respecté et se jouant de notre confiance. Aujourd'hui, cette société nous doit rien qu'à nous 157,000 dollars et elles s'en lave les mains en se targuant de façon glaciale d'avoir, je cite, "la conscience tranquille" en déposant simplement le bilan et en nous abandonnant avec nos impayés. Je conseille quiconque étant en contact avec la personne qui se veut CEO à une extrême prudence.

I also ordered from this company in March and never received a thing so asked for a refund, still waiting!!!

I order a glove etc and in early February and never received it. In early April cancelled my order as it felt like I would never receive this order. The over two weeks later (to this day) I still had not received my refund. This company is scam. Don’t order from them

Same as others. I’ve ordered on March 1st. Never received a shipment. I will be reporting this. Don’t buy anything from this company

One star is more than they deserve!!! I paid $206.51 on December 7th. Just like all of the other people, no reply from emails. I will be reporting them to my bank for fraud and theft today! Thanks Nerra for ruining my Christmas present! Karma is a b**ch and I'm sure you will get yours someday! You should be ashamed, but you obviously have no integrity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Same horrible experience as others. Placed my order on 11/29 and after many emails back and forth, order wasn’t received as of today. Had to file a dispute with credit card. SCAM!!! Do not buy!

I ordered 2 of the deluxe spa experience bath sets on December 3rd. There were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my daughter and daughter in law. After not hearing a from them, and zero information on how to track my package….i tried contacting them Dec. 19th!!! The 555-555-5555 phone number doesn’t exist. I feel like I was hood-winked out of $270!!! So sick of trusting companies to deliver products paid for. Do not use this company…SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

If this is the body oil company then BEWARE! I placed an order on 12/3/25, sent several emails looking for shipping information - nothing but a robo response that someone would be reaching out to me soon (which they never did). It took me having to file a dispute with my credit card company before anyone reached out. Since today is 12/18/25, I told them to refund my account. Any company that doesn't have the common courtesy to keep a customer informed doesn't deserve the business. In this day and age how do you know it's not a scam if there's no communication? That's what I thought. YES, I'm a live person and NOT a generated AI response.

Attention site qui m'a tout l'air d'être frauduleux, car quand on regarde les coordonnées de contact il y a noté rue du dépravé 71234 paris (adresse qui n'existe pas), une adresse de contact ou le nom de l'entreprise est mal orthographié, pas de numéro de téléphone de contact, aucun numéro Siret ou tva. De plus aucun moyen d'annuler la commande. Je vous conseille grandement de ne pas commander sur ce site . Pour ma part heureusement que j'ai réglé par paypal car j'ai pu rapidement annuler le paiement.
