Close ALL Files and Tabs. They will go through them!
They deleted the warning and error files. I know I was warned to close sensitive information; but, they went through my Gmail account and emailed me the invoice to that account. The problem is that I provided them my AOL email. Therefore, in order for them to get my Gmail address they had to go through my open files. Furthermore, when I questioned them on this, they went back into my Gmail and forwarded the invoice to my AOL account. They couldn't get into my Password Manager because of other 2FA and Firewall access. Ha! Ha! Ha!
In summary, the Techs are Messy, dishonest and not trustworthy! How about I couldn't even log into my Gmail account on my new computer - my password didn't take...⁉️ I had to change my passwords‼️
Ensure you sit in front of your device so you can see what they are doing while they are repairing it‼️I had to leave and go to an appointment - my mistake. I should have shut down my computer!
