I was recommended to buy the authentic mellow mat by a friend. The quality was fantastic however, I was sold a Dark Grey colour which turned out to be Blue. This wasn't great given it didn't match the room where we intended to put it. Additionally, being gaslit by their customer service staff that it was a slight colour variation when it is clearly blue wasn't pleasant. Then, being told to return it in the original packaging when it is physically impossible to do so as it was vacuum-sealed just added insult to injury. So if you're happy with a kinder surprise on the colour then go ahead and buy one.

Same issue as a few reviewers with mellow mat not withstanding its intended use. Fabric coming away from the memory foam in under 2yrs. For the cost i presumed it would last longer. Customer service not helpful as out of warranty. Couldn't even offer a discount on next purchase - I hope to find a better alternative

Silk Sleep Range discussion - I purchased what I thought was the full range (item was showing as on sale from $79 to $29). Which at $79 full price, we would assume that is the full set. The online shop shows the “Range” and then when you click in, the pictures and details show all 3 items, then you have the option to pick the eye mask and colour. So I thought… but nope it’s just the sleep mask. The conversation between myself and Randy was more directed toward how I only purchased the eye mask… rather than understanding how this could be a misunderstanding for future customers or how they could improve. Or apologising for any misunderstanding ane offering the other items at either a discount or at no cost. When I asked if I could return the item for a refund, I was told that under discretion only, they allow returns of some items for store credit not refunds.. I purchased the acupressure mat too - no issue with the item. I would not recommend buying through Neptune Blanket as a result and will personally shop elsewhere for gifts/future purchases.

Over delivered on value and time.
I cannot fault them for single thing.

One of the worst companies in existence. Avoid. Purchased an item and never arrived after weeks. Emailed and emailed and emailed and they refused to respond. Only after four weeks and eventually threatening to report them they responded within an hour saying they'll get a rush on it. When it eventually arrived, only one of two items were in the parcel. I messaged and they played dumb asking for photos to prove it was only one. 🙄 Then when I demanded they send the second they told me they cant because now, 6 weeks after I ordered, it was sold out. They said the best they can do is send me an inferior one, but offered no refund for the difference. I had to email and again and again to days and days of ignored emails for them to finally give me back the difference. Utterly disgraceful scam company.

We are expecting a baby soon and wanted a foam rug/mat. Neptune blanket came up and we’re very competitive and it was Black Friday sales. We ordered the 3m x 4m online which was very easy and a great price even without the sale. We ordered it on the Sunday morning and it arrived on the Tuesday 😮. It came in a smallish box as the mat expands and we absolutely love it. It looks amazing and feels great underfoot and the quality is awesome for the price. Very happy with everything and highly recommended this company.

My grandson has a Neptune weighted blanket for single bed which works well and seems well weighted, apart from sliding down and is always on the floor by the morning. I bought mine based on his for my king bed, I did not expect it to be so… heavy . Unbearably heavy, it also slides down during the night and is too heavy to even pull back up, so I am left with just a sheet. Tried to get used to it but it was not possible. Can’t send it back for refund as it would cost hundreds for postage because of the weight. I don’t think they even refund just exchange. Total waste of money and it was very expensive

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

I was sent the wrong product and despite sending them an email with photos and everything, they won’t resolve it.

They only want to take it back if it’s unopened… it’s opened because I bought it. I wouldn’t have known it was the wrong product until I opened it.

Wish I could rate less than 1 star.

I recently purchased a weighted blanket and delivery was quick, looks exactly like the pics online and it has helped me to fall asleep quicker without using Valium. I’m really happy overall. It’s not great suffering with anxiety and being an over thinker so I’m glad I’m really happy.

I never recieved the item and they are ignoring emails. Also no customer serv8ce number

Avoid at amm costs

I ordered a rug for my living area but remembered a couple of days later that my cat likes to use the rug as a scratcher and would just destroy it, so I emailed Neptune and told them I would like to cancel my order. No questions asked, order was redirected back to their warehouse and refund provided. Can’t comment on the product, but cannot fault the customer service.

Disappointed with the drying performance
The Diatomite Fast Drying bathmat doesn’t live up to its name. While it absorbs some water on the surface, it doesn’t actually dry it efficiently. When I lifted the mat, I found all the water still sitting underneath, which defeats the purpose of using a “fast drying” mat. Overall, not as effective as expected.

Paid a very exorbitant price for a mattress topper. Did not arrive. After multiple attempts to contact the company, was told it is not their problem

The standout for my experience was liaising with Neptune blanket themselves. Our delivery was bungled, (not their fault but local courier driver not following protocol). They sent me out a replacement despite the fact it wasn’t their fault. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and will buy a second pillow as my kids are fighting over it.

Didn't buy one but receive daily spam emails that I can't get rid of. Why would you email someone EVERY DAY about a blanket????

I too, as other customers have been ignored. I recieved a damaged mat, I emailed them the pictures with proof of purchase. I was asked to cut the mat and send pictures proving it. I did exactly that. I have now emailed them numerous times including making contact through their social media accounts. I have even emailed Neptune blankets yet once gain had no contact. So here I am now with a baby and a cut up mat. Still no contact and nearly £200 out of pocket. I wish I just kept the mat in its damaged form rather than cut it out to at least be able to make some use out of it. Please can anyone in my situation let me know if you ever managed to get a response? I’m going to be seeking legal advice as it’s the foulest way to treat customers.

False advertising with inaccurate colour (ordered beige, got brown). Company response - natural variations in colour occur 🙄. Mat is dangerous and slippery, falls hazard

I purchased a Mellow Mat from @NeptuneBlankets, and I’m really disappointed with its durability. After less than two years of minimal use, the material is peeling off the foam, making it look worn out and cheap.

For the price, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this product doesn’t seem built to last, so if you’re looking for a durable, high-quality mat, I’d recommend looking elsewhere (such as zenli)

Hoping @NeptuneBlankets takes this feedback seriously and improves their product quality. Until then they’ve lost myself and family as a customer

2x4m mellow mat for our loungeroom. Initial response was 5 star with it being incredibly soft, so much so I slept on it the first night. Within a week I noticed little pulls on it, asked manufacturer if this was normal, response - no, only seen it once before with customers vacuum being too strong and having a metal floortool that was damaging the mat, just cut them off. Sent them a pic of our plastic floortool from our old cordless vac that definitely can't be considered strong,nope that's not it. Second response - velcro shoes. Answered honestly that yes grandkids have velcro on their shoes but I find it hard to believe that a mat that is sold to be played on can be damaged like this with 5-10 minutes of 2 year old playing. Response - not covered under warranty as you damaged it. WTH. We damaged a MAT within a week because a 2 year old played on it for less than 10 minutes.
Note pictures are from today. No velcro has been near this mat since I cut the last lot off. Add to my list of things to do- regularly trim the mat.
I call BS neptune. Was going to purchase one for a family member, not now!
