I won over 4k€ and waited for the withdraw to complete over 5 days and then they took all my winnings and accused me of using vpn while gambling. I have never used vpn in my life and now they are not answering to my mails and i have to get a lawyer to bring them to court.

I made a withdrawal and wanted the money to go into my savings account. Got a message telling me that I needed to withdraw using the same method that I used for my deposit. Very scummy site and horrible withdrawal system. Customer support has also lied to me on several occasions and been rude.

Started out fine, except for the horrible welcome bonus that need to be wagered 20x within two days, which is next to impossible.

Then I started to realize i was getting luckier and luckier, winning over 10x my deposit. Seemed too good to be true… and it was.

When I tried to withdraw «my» money, they immediately started stalling, by asking for more information to verify my account. Days go by without my withdrawal being made, so I eventually reverse it after playing more and more, taking a hit to my funds. When it finally seemed like they were getting somewhere with the verification process my «luck» also vanished. Obviously they could not have me winning the kind of money i had been winning earlier, so they 100% tampered with the RTP so I would not even get close to the wins i had been experiencing.

Misleading bonus that makes people believe they will have 500% more to play for (as in all other casino bonuses). But in reality the bonus is frozen until you have wagered your real money 100x. 500% bonus is misleading. You won't get any bonus until you have wagered REAL money 30x of your deposit. THEN you get the bonus. Almost every casino works the other way around: You get the bonus at once and have to wager it. This is a pure trick. I have never witnessed such greedy tactics on any casino-site. I would not even trust this site with my personal information/documents had I known this... STAY AWAY
