If possible I would rate Zero Stars.
After a really friendly and knowledged consultation with a sales woman I bought the Instant Eye Wrinkle Eraser.
After using the syring bottle, the "pull down button" is not working. After applying and letting the lotion dry under the eyes, the dried cream simply crumbles off, leaving unsightly stains on the face. This Lotion is es not worthy to buy for more than 2€ per bottle.

Ik heb de producten van Neolumo gekocht en heb spijt. De producten worden onder meer op schiphol verkocht door Bulgaren. Alles wat ze vertellen is verzonnen: ze laten je appjes zien van tevreden klanten enz. Maar denk zelf goed na gaat een klant met een medewerker appen na koop hoe tevreden ze is? Geen vaste prijzen voor de producten. Ze vragen 100 euro per stuk en als je niet geïnteresseerd bent mag je twee producten voor eur 100 kopen. De producten zijn verpakt in goedkope plastic verpakking. De pomp van de gel peel is al na een paar keer kapot gegaan. Onvergelijkbaar met de verpakking van merken die eur 100 kosten. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik opgelicht ben. De verkopers zijn ook erg opdringerig. Past helemaal niet bij de luxe die ze willen uitstralen.

The purifying gel peel comes out in tiny amounts which seem to disappear on the skin and requires a lot more product to be used. Then it quickly dries into tiny balls which adhere to the skin and need to be scraped off with fingernails as nothing else works to get them off: not water, not creams, not serums, not even a face cloth . Does it work? Who knows because of all the scrubbing I had to do to get it to unstick off my face.

J'ai cédé à des achats de la marque Neolumo sur leur stand à la Foire de Nice après une démonstration bluffante (gommage, crème pour le corps et sérum anti-poches et crème contour des yeux). Les vendeurs utilisent des techniques de démonstration très convaincantes pour justifier des prix exorbitants. Cependant, les résultats ne durent pas et la sécurité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Suite à une application à domicile, j'ai subi des irritations cutanées. L'analyse des ingrédients révèle des perturbateurs endocriniens et des substances allergisantes (Oxybenzone, BHT, Lilial). Un conseil : ne vous laissez pas étourdir par leurs discours. Notez bien que le remboursement est impossible (affiché sur le stand), ce qui en dit long sur leur SAV et la parfaite connaissance de la qualité de leurs produits.

Ik vraag me af in hoeverre dit merk betrouwbaar is. Het is echt schandalig duur, ik heb de kaviaar creme, deze zou op de site meer dan 700 euro kosten. Ik vind het aanvoelen als een goedkope plastic verpakking en er zit voor dat geld niet eens iets van een spateltje bij. Overpriced and ineffective. Selling products in South Africa using sales people who harass customers in shopping malls doesn't do much for the brand's image and credibility. Feels like a scam.

Stick to the tried and trusted brands that have spent decades and millions of dollars on research and testing.

Meine bestellte Waren über 220€ sind seit 2 Monaten nicht angekommen. Das Geld haben sie mir auch nicht zurückgesendet. Nichts ist geschehen obwohl sie mir versprochen haben das Geld zu senden.
Das Geld wurde mir endlich zurückgestattet und als Entschuldigung habe ich die Produkte gratis bekommen.
