Neocalm Recenzje

Faulty from the start. Then seemed ok. Purchased in April 2026 for £49.99 and now its stopped working/charging completely today 28 June 2026.

I sent an email to NEOCALM customer services advising of this latest issue and requesting a replacement bottle.
However, i then looked on Amazon and found EXACTLY THE SAME BOTTLE for £15.99 delivered same day.

I have now retracted my request for a replacement bottle and changed to a full refund.
I truly feel this company is not trustworthy and warn/advise do not buy off it, go to Amazon and save yourself £30 and 2 weeks delivery time.

Having informed Neocalm today that I had written the a previous review about this company two days ago and that I was c!aiming my refund through my bank, they responded at last with an apology for missing previous emails and that they will refund me. This is the reason for me upgrading my score.

I purchased this as I had nothing to lose. My eGFR stood at 50 in Oct 2025 and I didn't want it to decline further. I purchased the bottle in April 2026 and started using it every morning. In May 2026 I paid for a private blood test just to see if anything had changed or stayed the same. My eGFR had not been tested since the Oct so if it stayed the same I would be elated. My results were returned. 54...... 54, up 4 points. I know it's far from normal but it's better than it were. I'll be called into my GP in Aug for my annual test but will probably get a private one done before so I can see if anything has changed. My last tests by my GP stated 'abnormal as expected'. Sometimes you just have to try the unexpected.
