Ifølge en nær persons erfaring modtog han rådgivning i forbindelse med en ansøgning om familiesammenføring, som desværre ikke levede op til det aftalte.

Sagen blev ikke håndteret korrekt, og ansøgningen blev ikke udarbejdet på en tilfredsstillende måde. Derudover var der gentagne problemer med manglende svar og opfølgning, hvilket skabte stor frustration.

Baseret på denne oplevelse virkede kvaliteten af servicen ikke tilfredsstillende, og kommunikationen var mangelfuld. Jeg håber, virksomheden vil tage denne feedback seriøst og forbedre deres service fremover.

Vi har oplevet et rigtig positivt forløb hos Nemfamiliesammenføring.dk

For det første skal det siges, at der er utroligt mange nuancer i familiesammenføring, hvilket skaber usikkerhed – både omkring fortolkningen og om man ’gør det rette’. Dertil er det også værd at nævne, at folk sidder i forskellige situationer.

Det sagt, så har det for min families vedkommende vist sig som den helt rette løsning at kontakte Singh og hans stab, hvor vi også må sende en tak til Cecilie, som har været behagelig og hjælpsom. Vi har godt nok oplevet en lang behandlingstid hos Udlændingestyrelsen, men med krigen in mente, var dette forventeligt – og i øvrigt ikke noget vi kan eller vil lade smitte af på vores vurdering af Nemfamiliesammenføring.
Vi fik nemlig stor gavn af Singhs ekspertise allerede fra første opkald, hvor han var klar og tydelig i sin vejledning. Vi har derfor blot fulgt instrukser og ladet juristerne køre sagen for os.
Det endte med det mål, som vi havde for øje: At opnå opholdstilladelse og leve sammen som en familie i Danmark.
